As New England's only full-service, multi-cultural event planning company, Soraya Events specializes in fusion and authentic cultural traditions from all over the world. Because every wedding is unique, Soraya will connect with you to create a customized package tailored to your needs. From authentic cuisine to exquisite décor, every last detail will be accounted for, providing a rememberable experience.

Soraya has planned weddings rooted in diverse cultures such as: Africa, North Africa, Middle East, Asia, (personal information protected by Zola), South America and Europe. Raised in a multicultural, multi-faith home, founder Soraya Belgacem developed a deep understanding and appreciation for different traditions from an early age. Soraya also provides multicultural catering which enables couples to bring together all elements of their wedding. She specializes in working with couples from two different backgrounds, helping them create a wedding that beautifully blends their cultures while gracefully navigating both the challenges and the unique beauty of a fusion celebration.

    We booked Soraya and her team to plan and cater our backyard wedding this past fall. This was easily the best decision we made for our special day! We had our concerns about the limitations of a home wedding, which Soraya easily put to rest. Soraya was incredibly accommodating, a true expert, and such a delight to work with. Her team handled everything perfectly — the delicious menu that blended our Greek and Puerto Rican cuisines, beautiful layout and decor, all the way to the remarkably efficient cleanup job after. We have such fond memories interacting with different members of Soraya’s team throughout the day. Our wedding went effortlessly and stress-free thanks to their incredible work.
