For couples who have secured their venue and a few key vendors but need guidance and support moving forward. Our Partial Planning package provides a smooth transition. We step in where you left off, helping you find the remaining key players for your special day. We finalize the remaining details, coordinate logistics, and ensure everything comes together effortlessly.

Our Event Coordination package is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but need professional support to bring it all together. Two months before your big day, we step in to oversee every detail, coordinating vendors, finalizing timelines, and managing all onsite logistics. From setup to the last dance, we ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax, celebrate and fully enjoy the moment.

    Working with Sonia for over three years in Florida, has been an incredible experience, both professionally and personally.     We had an incredible experience working with Sonia Bartzis Events at the Expo15 & Sweet 16 event in Northlake, Illinois, where we showcased our Quinceañera gowns on the runway and in our booth. From start to finish, Sonia was professional and organized.
