Hi! I'm Rachel, Owner and Lead Planner of RLP Events. I’m a proud Florida native with a deep love for nature, helping people, and all things wedding. I’ve always been fascinated by the magic of weddings—the joy, the details, the love stories. That passion turned into a career, and I’ve been honored to help couples bring their dream days to life ever since! Weddings are more than events—they’re deeply personal celebrations of love, commitment, and connection. I treat each one with the care, intention, and creativity it deserves. My goal as your wedding planner is to make the planning process joyful, stress-free, and uniquely you!
What sets me apart isn’t just my passion for weddings (though I’ve had that since I was facilitating Barbie and Ken's wedding!)—it’s the way I combine heart, organization, and vision to make magic happen for my couples! Let's plan your dream day together!

Every element is managed with precision, so you can enjoy your wedding day! | If you’ve already secured key elements but need assistance with specific aspects, we’ll provide expert guidance every step of the way. Through a detailed consultation, we’ll curate a package that suits your exact needs. | This package is for couples who have already laid the foundation—your venue is booked, your vision is set, and most of your vendors are confirmed. We’ll step in a couple of months before your wedding to meticulously review your plans, refine the logistics, and communicate with your vendors to confirm everything is perfectly aligned. So so grateful!
RLP Events was hired (at the very last minute) by our original day-of coordinator to assist on our wedding day on 3/15/25. Rachel from RLP Events was then left on site by our original day-of coordinator to coordinate the entire day without notice. After having many communication issues leading up to our wedding with our original vendor, Rachel from RLP events was a breath of fresh air and a true blessing for all the hassle we went through. We've said over and over since our wedding that hiring Rachel was the best thing our original vendor did for us. Rachel was extremely professional, thorough, and made our day run so smoothly despite having so little direction from us and our original vendor. She remained calm in what was obviously a stressful situation. She made sure all of our decor was set up and packed away at the end of the night, and checked often that we as a couple had everything we needed throughout the event. After our event she repurposed our remaining florals to donate which we loved, too. The only thing that would've made our day better is if we had known of RLP Events and hired them from the get-go instead!

RLP Events was the perfect wedding planner for our big day. Their communication style was proficient, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. They demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring there was no unnecessary stress, and went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel cared for. RLP Events checked in on us regularly and made sure all of our vendors were in the right place at the right time. They were very organized in collaborating virtually as well using cloud storage and productivity tools. They also helped coordinate with our other vendors, providing thoughtful guidance on what would work well and what wouldn't. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day, confident that everything would run smoothly - and it did! We are so grateful to RLP Events for making our special day truly memorable.

the best day ever because of her. From ensuring the DJ played the right songs at the right parts to the timeline, to the cocktail hour and reception, and sparkler exit and much much more, like signature drinks and memorial pieces. Every detail was perfect and executed amazingly!!! Did I mention we planned all this in about a week!? Rachel worked non-stop for us to ensure we had the best day ever. We texted and spoke daily and she responded so promptly whenever a thought popped in my head. P.S. my officiant was also my good friend and this was his first wedding. We had no idea the parts of the wedding or the ceremony and Rachel helped me keep him on track and even provided a template and reviewed our draft of the ceremony days before. She really does it all and understands every detail that goes into the wedding planning process and there are ALOT of details. THANK YOU AGAIN RLP EVENTS AND RACHEL!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
