Oh Hello Event Planning
Oh Hello was started by Amanda and Jessica after a conversation revealed they both had experience in and a passion for wedding planning. Since "wedding" their experience, the team has grown to include an additional planner and six additional coordinators, who all receive intense training and continuing education to ensure consistency and success. While Oh Hello initially grew in Northeast Ohio, we have expanded to Amanda's home turf on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We have produced incredible weddings in both regions, as well as the low country and even Lake Como, Italy. We would love to make your wedding vision come to life!

Oh Hello Wedding Planning
My wife and I could not recommend Oh Hello enough. From the beginning they were an incredible partner in helping us navigate through the planning of our wedding. From interacting and communicating with our other vendors, making sure all the minor details that we didn’t think of were taken care, to being a sound board for any concerns we have, Amanda and her team went above and beyond to be an incredible partner for us. They made it so we could have a mostly stress-free wedding week, and of course everything went as smoothly as we could’ve hoped.

There are so many decisions to make when planning a wedding, and we could not be happier with the very first decision we made: hiring Oh Hello Event Planning for wedding coordination and design. From the beginning, Amanda listened to and understood our vision for the day, and then she helped us bring it all to life. She was engaged with us throughout the planning process, sending us helpful reminders and checklists, connecting us with awesome vendors to work with, attending meetings with us and our venue team, and creating a detailed, organized timeline for the day. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement along the way, our wedding planning process was genuinely stress-free. Kelsey was our day-of coordinator, and we are so incredibly grateful to her for ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The entire day flowed seamlessly, even with a last-minute change due to the weather. She communicated with the venue team and all our vendors to ensure that everyone was always on the same page. We were truly able to be fully present and enjoy every part of the day, thanks to Kelsey’s calming presence and her gentle reminders to pause and savor all the special moments together. Her communication throughout the planning process was incredibly responsive, timely, and efficient, which allowed us to stay organized and on track. As a type B bride myself I relied on her for almost every detail. Her level of detail and thoughtfulness she put into every aspect of our wedding day was truly amazing! She thought of things I simply didn’t even know existed. She made the wedding planning process so much less stressful for us as they managed all the logistics so I could simply focus on being a bride and enjoying the moment. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially for a mother watching her daughter start a new chapter in life. But, Oh Hello made the entire experience not only manageable, but joyful.
