We are so excited to meet you! We're Raleigh Weddings, a wedding planning and coordination team based right in the heart of North Carolina (but celebrating love everywhere)! Since 2022, we have provided wedding planning and coordination services for all types of different days, couples, and love stories. We approach every element of your wedding day thinking about the intention and story behind it - if it's not reflective of you or your love, then why the heck do it? More than just another vendor, we are your friends, your advocates, your shoulders to lean on. We can't wait to make your "best day ever" exactly that (and more).

In short: supporting you, getting to really know you, and making sure your day is reflective of you are our top priorities. We place a lot of emphasis on learning the nuances of your personalities and your love story, because that's what helps us go above and beyond for you.

Description	Our full-service planning is our bread and butter. Beginning as soon as you book, we'll build an incredible and custom-to-you vendor team, take care of all of the nitty-gritty logistic details, and dream up and execute a vision that screams "YOU". No detail is too small for us to handle. No task is below us. You're trusting us with the day of your lifetime - and we take that seriously.	With coordination beginning 8 weeks out, we will guide you seamlessly through the final months of your engagement. We'll take all of the information and details you have already put together, make sure everything is lined up logistically, and make sure your vendor team is ready to rock and roll. Day-of, we're you're go to people for anything you may need and will run the day from start to finish.

Working with Ally as our wedding coordinator was, without question, the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. From our very first meeting, it was clear how organized, experienced, and detail-oriented she was. She stepped in just two months before our wedding, seamlessly tied up all remaining loose ends, and ensured that no detail was overlooked. Ally took the time to truly understand our vision and executed it flawlessly. Throughout the planning process, she was responsive, reassuring, and always one step ahead. On the wedding day itself, she was absolutely instrumental in allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. We are endlessly grateful for Ally’s professionalism, calm presence, and dedication to making our day perfect. I cannot recommend Raleigh Weddings highly enough to anyone in need of a planner or coordinator — Ally exceeded every expectation and made our dream wedding a reality.

I wish there was a way to express our 100% satisfaction and gratitude beyond just a 5-star review. Choosing Carina as our wedding planner was the BEST decision we made at the beginning of our planning process. From the first conversation, we could tell she was passionate about and dedicated to making our wedding the best day ever, and it didn’t hurt that she was making us laugh along the way too :) Overall, she gave us an amazing experience, and we’re even more thankful to have gained a lifelong friend along the way. Hurricane Helene hit WNC 2 weeks before our wedding date in 2024. Once she broke the news that we would not be able to host our dream wedding in Asheville, she offered so much support and put in an insane amount of effort to help us come up with a plan B. Not only did she re-plan our ceremony and dinner in a different city in less than 10 days, but she also traveled to Atlanta to coordinate what ended up being a beautiful, memorable, and very special day. And if that was not enough, Carina stuck with us for another entire year to make sure our dream wedding was made a reality. In 2025, we were able to renew our vows at the original venue in Asheville, then party the night away the way we had imagined. All this would not have been possible without Carina’s immense dedication. We’re so thankful to Carina for sticking with us through the hardest days and delivering not one, but two of the best days of our lives. Literally cannot express our happiness, satisfaction, and love for Carina enough!! 3 You will not regret booking Raleigh Weddings for your special day! THE. ABSOLUTE. BEST!! I'd leave 10 stars if I could. Carina is hands down the best wedding planner you could ever ask for! The wedding day flowed perfectly (with a 300-person guest list!), and she took the couples' huge wedding vision and brought every detail of it to life in a way that reflected the their vibe & story. If you want a wedding planner that makes the wedding feel effortless, and someone who you're going to LOVE working with, then book Carina now! You'll be SO happy you did ;)

Carina is PHENOMENAL!!! Her leadership and organization made my dream wedding come to life! Exquisite attention to detail and great money-saving strategies. She was there for me through every single detail and she took care of everything, which eased the inevitable stress I had about the wedding and all the weekend activities. She’s very thoughtful, hardworking and professional. She’s always answered my questions, kept me and my husband on track, and gave great suggestions for venues, vendors, decorations & catering. She not only makes sure you're on track, she also keeps all the vendors updated and manages the communication/billing so its one less thing for the couple to worry about. She’s so kind that you’ll feel like your best friend is planning your wedding not a stranger! It was a great experience and will definitely book her for other events!!!
