We handle everything—from the seating chart design & card box, to eco-friendly touches, vendor coordination, and stress-free management of your wedding website, RSVPs, and hotel blocks—so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your engagement and wedding day.

For couples who love Earth and all its colors, our partial planning package offers a perfect blend of guidance for your unique needs. We help you design a vibrant, eco-conscious wedding that reflects your personality while handling logistics, vendor coordination, and hotel blocks. You’ll enjoy the planning journey without the stress, knowing that every detail is managed with care so your day shines as brightly as your love.

Note: $1,100 for partial event management, $1,550 for full wedding management. Our Wedding Management packages are ideal for couples who've planned their dream wedding but need an expert to ensure everything runs smoothly. We step in a month before your big day to coordinate vendors, finalize details, and manage the timeline. Enjoy your wedding experience, knowing every element is seamlessly handled with care, so you can simply be in the moment.

    We used Katie for our day of wedding coordination and for our seating chart. Katie was great to work with in the card design process, and took and feedback and ideas I had and came up with a design we loved! She asked what things were important to us and curated a wedding day timeline that made sure the day included all of the elements that were most important to us. She was also great at communicating with our vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page.

    K.S.Otter Events was an absolute pleasure to work with as a Wish Granter for our Wish weddings. Her communication style was great - she were always on top of things and available to talk through any questions or concerns I had. The quality of her work and value she provided was top-notch. You can tell she truly puts her heart into every event she plans. Katie planned the Wish Weddings entire day from start to finish, and her level of caring and attention to detail was fantastic. We were blessed to have her be a Wish Granter with Wish Upon a Wedding and plan two Wish Weddings for us.
