Our planners are certified, through The Wedding Planner Society, the nation’s leading wedding certification program, and have over 20 years of various event production and wedding industry experience. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service, an enjoyable planning experience for all, and, most importantly, a stress-free wedding or event day regardless of budget or guest count.

Simply the best
A good wedding planner makes sure your problems are fixed but a great one will make it seem as though you have no problems at all. Pine Events was definitely the latter. They worked thoroughly with our vendors to get the best deals and figure out situations and when we could give them small requests and they would always go the extra mile. In the end we had our dream wedding. Would definitely recommend them.
Amazing wedding coordinator!
Amanda was an incredibly organized, calm, professional and friendly coordinator, who never made us feel guilty for forgetting things/ being late to get her information she needed, but above all, she was just a very poised, calming, chill presence at our wedding, and did an amazing job, and we never heard about any of the issues that likely came up. Would absolutely recommend her without any hesitation.
The best wedding decision we made!
When we started planning a wedding two years ago, I had a curated Pinterest board and had done the research so I didn’t think we needed a wedding planner - which was true for about the first few months. As the countdown truly started, planning a wedding got more complicated and we struggled to juggle the different decisions and things to remember, while also living our lives. Amanda was our Day-Of Coordinator and was SO knowledgeable and fun to work with, I decided to hire Pine Events Co. to check in with us leading up to the wedding - and that made ALL the difference. Not only did Amanda keep up with our evolving vision, she offered ideas, gave us feedback, advocated for us, and kept us on a timeline - and didn’t panic when we veered off that timeline. Amanda is so detail-oriented and perceptive. If I showed her pictures, she knew what I was saying - which is amazing because it can be HARD to articulate wedding concepts and details - but she got me. In the month before the wedding, there are SO many questions and final decisions that have to be made - it hits you like a tidal wave. Because Amanda had already worked with us, she knew what we were going for and what we wanted, what we struggled with and what we’d already done, so she helped us make decisions that supported what we hoped would be our perfect wedding day. On the day of, everyone in the wedding party and our families said Amanda was calming, easy-going, and a grounding force. She knew what was happening, she corralled people, she communicated changes to the plan, all in a very calm way - so if there was a snaffoo, no one knew about it. I trusted Amanda fully from day one - and I couldn’t be more grateful for her and everything she did for us. Our wedding day was perfect - it was perfectly us and exceeded every dream, vision, and Pinterest board. We wanted our wedding to feel home-y and relaxed; our guests raved about how beautiful and comfortable the atmosphere was for our wedding and Amanda supported that vision the entire way. Thank you, Amanda and Pine Events Co., for every check-in and every reminder, supporting color changes and linen changes, advocating for what we wanted, helping keep everyone on track, and for genuinely making our wedding day the best day ever. We are beyond grateful. If I could go back in time, I’d hire Amanda/Pine Events Co. sooner - it is worth every penny to have someone who is both an expert and a calming force on your side.

My wedding was this past weekend, and I still want to shout Amanda's praises from every rooftop! Hire her now! We had a complex wedding design: a full three-night, four-day weekend with several different spaces and layouts involved, and different guest lists for each day. Amanda handled everything masterfully. Every detail was exactly as we imagined (and more!), and she was a true joy to work with. My mother and I have different working styles and visions, and somehow Amanda found a way to meet both of our needs at each turn and help us avoid any conflict with one another. Amanda is highly detail-oriented and has a way of handling so many things "behind the scenes" and well in advance of the wedding - including crafting much of the decor and guest gifts weeks in advance, then personally transporting them to the wedding. It was efforts like this that really set her apart from other planners -- measurably reducing our stress each moment and taking things off our very full plates. We will genuinely miss speaking and working with Amanda. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner - she joined us after we had personally booked our venue and a handful of vendors, but having her with us earlier would have only enhanced our planning process.
