One Fabulous Event is an event planning, coordination & design service based in San Diego that focuses on each client’s individual needs with personal care and attention. We understand that it is your “event” & that in order for your event to be planned and executed the way you envision, you need an experienced, detail oriented and sensitive event planner to share in your vision and carry it forwar. Our goal is to bring your vision to life, to closely with you to understand your needs & desires. No matter what your need, One Fabulous Event can meet your every request and ensure that your event is Fabulous!

What sets One Fabulous Event apart from other coordinators is that we begin working with as soon as we are contracted. We know that we cannot meet with you one week or month prior to your wedding and be successful. The unlimited communication helps set our bride's mind at ease and helps everyone be more successful and ensure a smooth wedding.

Full planning is a comprehensive package for couples looking to enjoy an elegant wedding without the stress that goes into planning every detail. We work with you from start to finish coordinating all aspects of your wedding. This includes venue selection, recommending top vendors and caterers, managing your wedding budget, constructing your timeline, assisting with designing your wedding theme and décor. ]

The Gold Planning Package includes a design and planning meeting that can last up to three hours! We talk everything wedding and how to tailor their wedding to meet their needs and budget. This package also includes vendor recommendations which is priceless and helps them not only have access to amazing vendors but see contracts that are accurate in pricing and compare them to other potential vendors.

Our Silver Planning starts as soon as we are booked and includes an up to 2-3 hour design & planning meeting where we discuss everything wedding as well as vendor recommendations to better help you achieve your perfect wedding! Our package comes with unlimited communication from the moment we are booked which helps set our bride's minds at ease.

Micro weddings are treated the same as our Silver Planning weddings however it is toned down and we do not attend the rehearsal.

    We we were looking for a wedding coordinator we knew immediately with the way Angela answered our questions that she was going to be great. Then we had our first in person meeting with her which was about 2-3 hours of talking through each moment of our event, to which she created a very nicely organized timeline for us to "fill in" as we go about the next several months of planning. This created such a sense of comfort and brought light to many details we were unaware of. She was always extremely professional and kind, giving us her best advice when we truly didn't know what to decide and then it came time for the big day. Some minor issues arose on our wedding day and she took care of them without hesitation and that allowed us to relax and focus on our friends and family. She made everything feel easy and smooth. I truly loved having her as our coordinator and will be recommending her to multiple friends in the future!

    Angela did a fantastic job doing the day of coordination for our wedding! She was recommended by my venue as their top coordinator. I am a huge planner and am very picky and opinionated, but when it came to the big day, I needed someone to be in my court and help execute my wishes. When we showed up to the venue, Angela had set up the 3 spaces beautifully. She told the bridal party and family exactly what to do so I didn’t have to. She checked in on me and got my wishes to make sure we were on the same page before going out and executing for me. When my photographer was struggling, she stepped in and corralled everyone based on my wishes. She was able to bustle my dress on her own (I am so impressed - it wasn’t simple) and kept everything flowing on schedule. My family and friends were very impressed and we all said thank goodness for Angela! I recommend Angela to any bride. Thank you Angela for helping make our wedding so special!
