With years of experience in the industry, I’ve turned my passion into a purpose: helping couples enjoy a stress-free, joy-filled journey to “I do.” From timelines to tablescapes, I’m all about the details—and totally dedicated to making your big day everything you’ve dreamed of (and then some). Weddings are my happy place, and I bring heart, hustle, and a whole lot of love to every celebration.
As a female-owned and self-started business, what sets me apart is the heart, hustle, and hands-on dedication I bring to every wedding. I’ve built Monteleone Wedding Coordinating from the ground up with passion, perseverance, and a deep love for creating meaningful moments. I know what it takes to get things done—no shortcuts, just hard work and a commitment to making each couple’s day unforgettable. Amazing and Passionate
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she and her team were an absolute dream to work with. Communication was always timely, and she was incredibly responsive and willing to be on call whenever I needed anything — which brought me so much peace of mind throughout the planning process. She offered a wealth of suggestions for vendors, bridal shops, and creative ideas to personalize our day, all of which helped bring our vision to life. In the week leading up to the wedding, she worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and because of that, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the moment — not once did I have to worry. On the day of, she and her team were present from start to finish, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They were not only professional and organized but also incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive through every step of the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone planning their special day. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference in making our wedding unforgettable.

Monteleone Wedding Coordinating was a pleasure to work with as a caterer. Their communication style was direct, positive, and collaborative, with a solution-minded approach that put us at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was exceptional - they were highly detail-oriented, organized, and communicative. Brit, our planner, was a rockstar - she quickly came up with a solution when we realized we didn't have a way to reheat food, and she even jumped in to help bus tables and wash dishes when the bride decided to switch to china plateware at the last minute, adding a significant amount of work to an already full schedule. Brit is absolutely awesome to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her and Monteleone Wedding Coordinating again in the future.

We got married this past weekend and hired Monteleone to be our day of coordinator, and couldn't speak more highly of them! They were quick to respond to our initial request, and incredibly helpful regarding pricing and what we would/wouldn't need from their services menu. Once hired, their team was quick to introduce themselves to our vendors and formulate a timeline for the day. Occasionally they would reach out and ask questions about our day that we hadn't even considered. Throughout the whole process, they were amazing!
