We have been in business for 30 years and served hundreds of clients from all ranges of budgets. We work with individuals, couples, businesses and non-profits to create vast varieties of events. We also offer luxury and one of a kind decor and linen rentals.

Best coordinator ever!

Luxe Event Productions has the best wedding coordinators! I had the pleasure of having Libbi, the owner of the company, coordinate our wedding June 2024. She is very knowledgeable, professional, creative, helpful, and a great sounding board when the emotions of the day get the best of you. She took my wedding day plan and helped to make it perfect. She checked in with my husband and I throughout the day and made sure we stayed on schedule with the photographer and DJ. She went above and beyond with running rehearsal, helping with small day of setup details, coordinating our large wedding party, keeping us on a timeline even when guests were arriving late, checking in with me (as I was feeling all the emotions), and coordinating with our other vendors to keep the day moving smoothly. I highly recommended Luxe Event Productions for wedding coordinating as each person working for the company is well trained and knowledgeable, with years of experience planning and coordinating weddings.

We hired Libbi late into our wedding experience, and we wished we had done it sooner! She made everything so much easier and helped us in any and every way possible! The amount of support and love she showed for us was incredible and made it such an amazing day! She worked with all of our vendors, and dealt with our crazy families, and still had time to make sure everything was running smoothly and that everything we wanted done was being done! The kindness and thoughtfulness that Libbi has was truly one of the best gifts that we ever could have received! If we could give her more than 5 stars we would! We cannot recommend her more!
