Experience!! We have seen it all. The good, the bad and the unmentionable. So, when we discourage an idea there is a reason and we will tell you about it. I am not afraid to tell you why an idea may not work. I have made many last minute decisions on the fly and went to Plan BCD and E many many times. It will be okay.. It will be beautiful. But you have to hire the right person who can ensure that the little details and the last minute changes can be dealt with appropriately.
