From saying “Yes” to “I do”, we’ll be there for you! Let us find the perfect fit for you. From the venue, to decor, vendors and all the in-betweens we will have you covered. We will learn your wants and needs, what’s most important to you, letting you decide your budget and helping you stick to it. When the wedding day comes, you will have our wedding management team be there to ensure everything is as perfect as possible.

Dreaming of a destination wedding but feeling overwhelmed by the thought of coordinating all the travel details? Let us take care of everything for you. From airline tickets to hotel reservations and transportation, we've got you covered. We'll be there to greet you upon your arrival, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Trust us to coordinate your special day and keep everything running smoothly according to your timeline.

We will handle greeting/directing vendors, setting up your personal decor items, greeting and directing guests, communicating with the caterer, coordinating timing with photographers, running and managing timelines, trouble-shooting, cueing musicians, lining up wedding party, steaming wrinkled linens, setting up place cards, wrangling the wedding party, pinning boutonnieres, review timing with the catering captain.

    Katelyn and Ayrial are wonderful. I hired Katie as a day of coordinator, gave her my vision and vibe, I handled all the things up until the day of, and then handoff everything off to these 2 ladies. We had only one real totally unexpected issue, which Katie and Ayrial handled expertly. Katie even helped me address the issue with the vendor afterward to request a partial refund. Overall, Katie helped me have a carefree, relaxed, fun wedding day. Katie is very responsive and great to work with. Absolutely recommend a day of coordinator so you can enjoy your special day.     We would reccomend Katie and team to everyone! Katie was great leading up to the wedding with our phone calls, setting up the timeline, and overall just communication! We got the pleasure to work with team members Paige and Ayrial on our wedding day and they were amazing! From running the rehearsal, setting up on the wedding day, and making sure the day ran smoothly, they were the absolute best and we could not have done it without them. I had an overall 10/10 experience with Katelyn Maureen Co. and would recommend them to anyone!

    I would have been lost without Katie! She planned and coordinated everything leading up to the day and throughout the actual wedding day! I barely had to lift a finger except when pointing to my choice of decor! I hear so many horror stories of brides not even being able to enjoy their day and that's not what I want for myself. With Katie there I was able to enjoy every minute of our day. Everything was so beautiful and seamless!!
