JoyfullyCo was recommended to us by our venue, and I am so thankful we chose them! Sharon especially was the sweetest and kindest planner, and her gentle but firm hand was so appreciated in helping me get everything done in a timely manner. She was extremely professional in all aspects and wonderful to work with. She is just an amazing human being inside and out! I also really appreciated how incredibly prompt she was with all her communication. She was fantastic at working with and reaching out to all of our vendors as well. All of the staff at JoyfullyCo were super easy to work with and just wonderful! Our big day wouldn't have been the same without them, and I highly recommend them!

Where can we even start? When we were first searching for our wedding coordinator, Joyfully Co's name immediately stood out because joy and laughter were a big part of our own relationship and it was easy to see from their website that their values and ideals matched our own. We only needed the basic day-of-coordination services, so we went for the Joy package, but they provided SO much more than we expected - starting with having their services start 2 months prior. And in our case, they were even able to make an exception to begin our services almost 3 months prior since our venue wanted the walkthrough to be scheduled 2-3 months prior. Yes there were many logistical things that Joyfully Co provided during the planning process from providing various templates, checklists, tips, and vendor communications to also having various rentals available to us. The biggest logistical help they provided is most certainly all of the manpower they provide the day of the wedding for setup and teardown, but the main highlight of our experience with Joyfully Co had to be our senior coordinator, Hannah. Hannah made the entire process SO easy that she was able to help us stay ahead of schedule in our planning. She's thorough, detail-oriented, provided a ton of advice, and so available and proactive that she really felt like a partner to bring our wedding ideas to life. We also loved that Hannah helped us to try to save some money by offering a discount on our candle rentals (discount for minimally used candles vs brand new). Although we didn't end up going with them because they were not the exact color we wanted, the gesture really showed us that she cared. And by the time the day of the wedding arrived, we felt so comfortable and at peace that we could truly both just be present and enjoy the wedding. This certainly would not have been possible without Hannah and Joyfully Co. If there is one thing that sums up how much we enjoyed working with Hannah and Joyfully Co it's this: After the wedding, we got a little sad that we don't get to interact with Hannah anymore [we low-key want to be her friend]; so because we want to potentially see Hannah again, we're offering Joyfully Co's services to our friends who just got engaged as a wedding gift. We cannot recommend Hannah and Joyfully Co enough!

Working with Joyfully Co was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were an absolute pleasure to work with—thoughtful, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. I had already secured most of my vendors when I reached out to them, and instead of trying to upsell me, they kindly recommended a more tailored package that better fit my needs and budget. That level of honesty and care really set the tone for the rest of our experience. Every meeting with them was encouraging and reassuring—I felt completely safe and supported in their hands. Having been a bridesmaid in weddings that left me physically and emotionally drained, my biggest goal for my own wedding was to feel calm and stress-free. Thanks to Joyfully Co, I actually got to *enjoy* my wedding day—and everything came together beautifully. We received so many compliments, and best of all, my husband and I were able to leave by 9:30 p.m. while their team took care of all the cleanup. It was such a gift. One of the things I appreciated most was how seamlessly they coordinated with all my vendors—many of whom they had worked with before. I never once worried that someone wouldn't show up or that something would fall through the cracks. As a Korean American, I also want to highlight how thoughtful they were in understanding and incorporating cultural details. They kept everything on schedule and consistently communicated with the bridal party throughout the day, which made a huge difference. The planning tools they provided were lifesavers. Their premade spreadsheets included everything: seating charts, tipping guides, vendor contact lists, timelines, packing lists—you name it. During our planning meetings, they reviewed the timeline well in advance and brought a calm confidence that really helped put me at ease. We also opted for the design package, which was such a game changer. While I could have tried to handle decor myself, having someone bring the vision to life—and then take it all down afterward—saved me an incredible amount of time and energy. They say you should feel like the guest of honor at your own wedding, and that’s exactly how my husband and I felt. Even more importantly, our loved ones were also able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. I’ll always be grateful for Joyfully Co and can’t recommend them enough to other brides. They are truly a gift, and I’m cheering them on always!

Blaire and her team were a “joy” to work with. They truly made our wedding vision come to life and were there every step of the way. Joyfully Co. was always very responsive and handled all of the design details. To me, the design stage was the most stressful and they eliminated all that pressure from me and made our wedding day perfect!
