I act as the main point of contact on your day fielding questions, handling issues, and ensuring the day is running smoothly and on-time! Allow your bridal party and family to enjoy the day like you envisioned! I am a planner and list maker by nature - I couldn't live without my To-Do lists. I cannot wait to help you make your big day the most magical day that you deserve!

With over 8 years of behind the scenes experience around the wedding industry I know first hand what it takes to orchestrate the perfect day. Working together, I will work with you to create a personalized detailed timeline of events distributed to all vendors so everyone is on the same page for the big day.     I had a wonderful experience working with Hitched With Hannah for my wedding. Her communication style was quick and understanding throughout the entire planning process. Not to mention she is incredibly sweet and kind. She was incredibly detail-oriented and thorough, helping us finalize some outstanding vendors and allowing us to be totally hands-off on the day of the wedding so we could fully enjoy getting married without worrying about executing the ceremony and party plan.     Hannah was absolutely incredible from day one all the way through to the big day! 
Exactly two months before our wedding, I hit a wave of panic and realized I truly needed a day-of coordinator. I reached out to Hannah, and she stepped in and saved the day. She responded so quickly, and every interaction after that was just as prompt and professional. Hannah is beyond responsive and always willing to help—no matter the time of day. Any time I had a question or a last-minute change, she was right there, ready to assist. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and if anything went wrong on the wedding day, I still have no idea—because everything was executed flawlessly. She made the entire day flow seamlessly and gave me complete confidence in leaving it all in her hands. I honestly cannot rave about her enough. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator—do it! And make sure it's Hannah. You’ll be SO glad you did!! Hannah, we are endlessly grateful for you!

    Hannah was amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the beginning, Hannah was contactable at all reasonable hours of the day, which put me at ease knowing I could reach her with any questions or concerns. On the day of the wedding, Hannah made my wedding reception set up exactly as I wanted it, and it was great to be put at ease with the logistics. She made it easy to line everyone up and told us exactly when things were going to happen, so we didn't have to think about the timeline. Hannah was an amazing person to work with for so many months and she was able to help take a lot of the stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend Hitched With Hannah for any couple planning their wedding.
