From the Save the Dates to the seating chart, I Do Memorable Occasions will work with you to plan and execute a wedding your guests will be talking about for years to come!	If you want just a little planning assistance for your wedding and definitely want a coordinator, this is the service for you!	I Do Memorable Occasions steps in two months prior to your wedding, so you can say, “I Do” and enjoy your wedding day without any stress leading up to or on the big day! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lauren from I Do Memorable Occasions on two weddings now, and each experience has been absolutely wonderful. As a wedding photographer, having a planner who is both incredibly well-organized and an absolute joy to work with makes all the difference. Lauren keeps everything running smoothly, handles the unexpected with ease, and creates a positive, collaborative atmosphere for everyone involved. As a special events florist, I have worked with Lauren and her team on multiple occasions- and they never disappoint!! We hired Lauren for her day-of wedding coordinator package for our wedding in October of 2024. We had a very helpful and detailed call about 2-3 months before the wedding outlining our goals and timeline. She began working directly with our vendors one month prior to the wedding, handling any outstanding action items, fielding questions and continuing to update our shared Google doc timeline. We texted and emailed Lauren as new updates arose and she was quick to reply! Lauren attended our rehearsal and was FABULOUS. She jumped right in. She’s kind, warm, fun, and extremely organized. She made my husband and I feel completely at ease and we were so excited to have her with us on wedding day. Any concern of ours was addressed quickly and calmly. If larger issues arose, we were never made aware. She brought us our drinks of choice throughout the night and consistently checked in to see if we needed anything. I couldn’t imagine Lauren not being a part of our day. She’s an amazing person and wedding coordinator with a “can do” attitude. We absolutely highly recommend hiring her for her services!!! She’ll bring peace of mind and positivity to your day :)
