Our most popular package gives you full access to all services. We are your best friends, your cheerleaders, mediators to diffuse any situations that arise, and so much more, every step of the way! Goal: A thoughtfully planned, beautifully designed, and expertly executed celebration — from “Yes!” to “I do.”	Perfect for couples who are handling most of the planning but want expert support managing logistics and vendor coordination. We take over as soon as our contract is signed, acting as a liaison between you and your vendors. Goal: Ensure every vendor is aligned, on time, and delivering to your vision – allowing you to enjoy your special day.	Ideal for couples who have planned their wedding and want a professional to ensure flawless execution on the day of. We take over 6 weeks before your wedding to ensure all details are in place for your big day! Goal: Enjoy your day while we handle the execution.

Abby helped me plan a party with my bridesmaids. She scheduled all appointments for us and planned a full itinerary. She helped us pick snacks, decorations and even coordinating outfits. She put her heart into our party…we had so much fun!

Couples can expect to spend 1–2 hours for the initial consultation and set up meetings, plus regular check-ins by email, phone, video chat, or text—more often as the wedding date approaches.

Yes! If you need assistance planning additional events, we would be happy to offer our services. Prices vary per event.

No! We only take on one wedding per weekend - allowing us to fully focus on the couple and the events taking place. This gives a personalized touch on such a memorable day!

Forever Planned is made up of one lead Wedding Planner and a small team of Associate Coordinators. You will work with our Lead Planner through most of the planning process, and you will have the Forever Planned team at your event for Day-Of Coordination.
