    Everyone tells you that you need a wedding planner because they understand the industry. I didn’t fully believe it until I met Felicia. She did not just understand the industry, she mastered it and used that knowledge to serve us with excellence. Felicia helped us figure out everything from top to bottom and truly cared just as much about our wedding as we did. She coordinated vendors, managed logistics, and handled every unexpected challenge with calm authority and grace. When our venue suddenly required security, she negotiated for them to cover half the cost. When our rental company failed to pick up a large portion of their items, she stepped in immediately and secured a partial refund without adding stress to us. Felicia was always one text or call away and made the entire process feel supportive, peaceful, and intentional. Her values were evident in the way she led with integrity, patience, and genuine compassion. By the end of the process, Felicia was not just our planner. She became a friend for life. Because of her, our wedding day was seamless, joyful, and everything we prayed it would be.

    Stop looking… if you want an Event Planner or Wedding Coordinator, Felicia Ramirez is your girl! She helped us through the entire process of planning our daughter’s wedding. We are so impressed with her professionalism mixed with personal care. She went above and beyond before, during, and after both the ceremony and reception. If there were gaps to be filled, she took care of it so we didn’t feel it. We were able to completely relax and enjoy every moment. Her service was such a value and we will certainly hire her for any event we have in the future. We recommend you hire her!

    From the start, she genuinely understood the vision we had for our wedding. She offered thoughtful ideas that added a unique touch to so many moments. Throughout the day, she guided everything seamlessly, allowing us to simply be present and enjoy it all. Our guests continually told us how impressed they were, not just with how smoothly everything ran, but with the care she showed to everyone involved. When unexpected things came up, she handled them with calm solutions we would have never even considered. After the wedding, she surprised us with behind-the-scenes photos and video that meant so much. Hiring her was truly one of the best decisions we made.     My experience with Felicia ended on a disappointing note. While she claims to welcome feedback, she doesn’t handle it professionally or take accountability when things go wrong. I was clear from the start about what I needed, and she agreed — I provided detailed notes and direction, but she often was not receptive to a different viewpoint or suggestion We were a very hands-on couple, and it quickly became clear she wasn’t the right fit for us. She often said she had “never experienced this before” instead of trying to understand and seemed to take our involvement personally. Rather than problem-solving, she shifted blame. She was the last vendor we booked, and I made the mistake of trusting the reviews without doing more research — something I regret, as we didn’t get the same version of her that other couples here experienced. I’ve taken time to think about how to word this because, to her, any negative feedback is viewed as retaliation. I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after her response to my private feedback, I felt her attitude needed to be addressed. My husband and I have accepted our losses and are moving on, but I hope this helps other couples make a more informed decision.

    Thank you for sharing your perspective. I’m truly sorry that your experience didn’t align with what you hoped for. While you’re certainly entitled to your feelings, the review and concerns you shared came two and a half weeks after the event. During the wedding itself, the photos, videos, and real-time moments captured show a well-coordinated timeline (new to me vendor reviewed below as well), video footage of incredibly positive interactions with and reactions from your bridal party, as well as a smooth event from start to finish. Post wedding, I received numerous text messages from you with an incredibly positive response to my coordination and set up work done for you. I do want to clarify that I was asked to and went significantly beyond the scope of the coordination package you booked, including full setup of the ballroom decor on reception tables, arch install for ceremony, and cocktail-hour area tables (not in our contract). This level of setup typically requires additional staffing and is not included in coordination services, but I chose to take it on as a courtesy to support you on your day. I also resolved rental-layout issues prior to your arrival and managed several under the influence matters to keep everything not only on schedule but running smoothly with no drama. I provided clear communication in advance- outlining what was and wasn’t included in your package, including that cleanup and load-out were not part of the contracted services-which you texted me and said your family members would do so. These boundaries were discussed before the wedding so plans could be made accordingly. I truly wish you and Orlando the very best in your marriage and in your next chapter together.
