Wedding Coordinator of the Century
We are beyond grateful for the incredible work our Caroline did to make our special day absolutely perfect. From our very first meeting, she listened carefully to our vision and made sure every detail was tailored exactly to what we wanted. Throughout the entire planning process, she was organized, communicative, and always went above and beyond to ensure nothing was overlooked. On the wedding day itself, she and her assistant Sabrina executed everything flawlessly. The timeline was perfectly managed, vendors were coordinated seamlessly, and every element came together just as we had hoped — if not better! Thanks to her professionalism and dedication, the day went off without a single hitch. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that she was handling everything behind the scenes. What truly sets her apart is her ability to stay calm and solution-focused no matter what came up. She made us feel confident and supported throughout, and her passion for what she does really shines through in the final result. The communication following that was proactive, punctual, and incredibly helpful, always maintaining a positive attitude. Caroline was flexible, dependable, and truly professional in her approach, allowing me to feel confident that my vision for the day would be brought to life seamlessly. On the wedding day itself, I did not have to worry about a single detail, as Caroline and her assistant Julia expertly handled every aspect. It meant the world that they checked in with me throughout the night and even helped with my dress change. Caroline and Julia were so kind, accommodating, and their passion for their work was evident. My family raved about their services! Best Coordinator Ever
Caroline was an absolute dream to have as our day-of coordinator for our wedding. She set up a phone call a month prior to review all the details and check in and was even willing to tour the venue with me for a walk through! She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She was so easy to communicate with. My vision came to life that day - everything was exactly as I pictured. She set up my many items and returned later that night to clean them all up and put them back how I packed them. We are so grateful to have found Caroline and honored to have had her part of our big day.
