My husband and I found Amore from Envitation Event Planning a little over a month before our wedding, and truly, she was a godsend. After a previous day-of coordinator backed out, I made a post in the Long Island Budget Brides Asking Group looking for someone who could fit our budget. Amore’s comment immediately stood out, and after our first phone call, we just knew she was something special. She even traveled to us, which meant so much. From the moment we spoke, her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were unmatched. As a very anxious bride, I cannot express how calming and reassuring she was. She listened, she understood, and she instantly made me feel like everything was going to be okay — and it absolutely was because of her. Amore went above and beyond in every single way. She executed all of my DIY projects flawlessly (even with a very short setup window), managed all of our vendors, kept everyone on timeline, handled vendor tips, coordinated cleanup, and still made sure my husband and I always had whatever we needed throughout the night. Our guests were even raving about her — that alone says everything. I can say with full confidence that without Amore, our day would not have been the magical, seamless, stress-free day it turned out to be. She cared for our wedding like it was her own, and that is something you cannot put a price on. If you’re on the fence, anxious, or wondering how everything will come together — especially if you have DIY setups or a tight schedule — my husband and I recommend Amore a thousand times over. Hiring her was one of the best wedding decisions we made. Thank you, Amore, for making our dream day truly perfect.

Amore, the wedding coordinator at Envitation, was a dream to work with. Throughout the whole process, she was patient, straightforward, and thorough, asking all the right questions to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. Amore took a ton of stress off my shoulders and I felt truly taken care of - I was able to fully enjoy our wedding because she handled everything. She even took a ton of pictures without me asking, some of which ended up being my favorites. Amore got along smashingly with my family as well, she's super friendly and approachable. I cannot recommend Envitation and Amore highly enough for any couple looking for a wedding coordinator who will make their day truly special!

Every detail of our wedding felt so personal, intentional, and beautifully curated. What could’ve been a stressful day ended up being so stress free because she thought of everything before it even needed to be thought of!
