Description	Enjoy unlimited meetings, ongoing communication, and comprehensive vendor selection, booking, and scheduling support. We assist with bridal appointments, hotel bookings for out-of-town guests, vision development, budget planning, wedding website creation, stationery, and honeymoon budgeting. All 'Day-of Facilitation' services included, with at least one assistant and FREE access to our entire decor catalog.	Inside our Day-of Facilitation Package, we provide detailed timeline creation and implementation, along with full coordination of your wedding ceremony and reception events. There's a lot more involved, too, including virtual meetings and decor set up on site!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Leece! As a photographer, I’ve worked with a lot of planners — and it’s surprisingly rare to feel truly supported throughout a wedding day. From the start, Leece brought such a kind, thoughtful energy to everything. It honestly made me think, “Oh thank goodness she’s nice!” — because it makes such a huge difference. She and her team were attentive in all the right ways: making sure I had water, checking in about dinner, and always looking for ways to be helpful without adding pressure. It really felt like we were on the same team, which made the entire day run smoothly (and made it more fun!) If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and brings warmth and professionalism to the table, I’d work with her again in a heartbeat.

Leece is one of our preferred event coordinators because she is professional, thorough and brings a fun energy in her work with couples who book at our venue. Elegant Events by Leece is an exceptional wedding planning company that I highly recommend. Leece and her team have a professional, honest, and easy-going communication style that puts couples at ease. The quality of their work is excellent - they are proficient, create beautiful decor, and are extremely flexible and timely. If there's any chaos on the wedding day, Leece and her team are able to turn it into a controlled environment with their keen time-management skills and attention to detail. Leece is also very personable and makes everyone feel included; she goes out of her way to help the couple enjoy their special day, often checking in on them and providing last minute needs on a whim. Leece's time management is impeccable, and she works incredibly well under pressure. I cannot recommend Elegant Events by Leece highly enough.

Yes! We understand that planning a wedding (or special event) can be a significant financial investment. That's why we offer flexible payment plans to accommodate the client's budget. After an initial deposit to secure our services, we can work individually with you to create a customized payment schedule that suits your needs.

We're based out of lovely Lexington, Virginia. We love to travel and enjoy helping couples tie the knot in Roanoke, Lynchburg, Staunton, Winchester, and even in RVA and NOVA. We also travel out of state!

Picture a wedding on the beach, at a lake house with cabins, a beautiful barn on a farm, inside gorgeous churches, at historic hotels, eloquent ballrooms, and pretty white chairs lined up outside with the mountains in the background. These are a few of my favorite picturesque ceremony spots!

YES! I have an amazing and talented team. I (Leece) am the lead planner, Annie is my associate planner, and we are the head coordinators for weddings. Then we have multiple assistants who work with us (assist Leece on the big day and/or assist Annie on the big day - or sometimes you'll be gifted with Leece, Annie, and another assistant!).

We sure do! We focus mainly on weddings, but we also plan and coordinate for those big life events like baby showers, graduations, retirements, and since we're based out of Lexington, the all-important class reunion. We also love birthdays, 6 or 60, it's always a big deal that is fun-fun-fun!

We believe in providing you with the utmost attention and dedication, which is why we do our best to book only one wedding per weekend. There are cases, such as the busy fall wedding season, where Leece and Annie will have two different weddings on the same weekend; each planner, respectively, coordinating at their assigned wedding venue. For our Full Service package, we spend so much quality time with you and your vendors and give you unlimited personalized attention, that we will only have that one individual wedding take place that week and weekend.
