Hello! My name is Cynthia Bui and I’d like to welcome you to my portfolio. In love with love and the stories behind each couple, I design fun-filled events that combine creativity, personal details, and well-planned logistics. I am here to take care of my clients, to listen to their stories, and create an event that brings their vision to reality. During the day of the wedding, I will ensure that I’ve created a beautiful and flawless day for the couple and their guests. I offer full and partial wedding planning & design services. I am located in the Bay Area but I would love to travel anywhere for your love story.

My experience with weddings make me truly believe that weddings are the live story telling of couples. A wedding should portray the couple’s story combining lots of creativity, personal details, and just pure joy. Since no two weddings will ever be identical, I create events that are inspired by their love and highlight the uniqueness of each couple. My travels have also inspired me to learn more about different wedding cultures of other countries. This has helped me incorporate different cultures and traditions into one grand event.

Description	Our Full Planning and Design service is ideal for couples who would like us to fully manage the entire wedding planning process. We create an event that is customized to each couple by managing all communication, research, logistics, and design based on choices decided by the couple. This all-inclusive package allows for the couple to relax and enjoy their engagement.	Our Partial Planning and Design service is ideal for couples that have a general idea of what they want for their wedding but would still like some additional professional assistance. This package gives us the opportunity to jump in anywhere during the planning process, to manage the rest of the process, and execute on the couple’s vision.	Our Day-of-Coordination service is best for couples that have planned and designed their wedding. We would ensure that all details are finalized and executed. We’ll be the point of contact for the remainder of the planning process and provide onsite coordination for the event.

I cannot recommend Cynthia enough! The last three months leading up to my wedding were incredibly stressful, but bringing Cynthia on board as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment she stepped in, she brought a sense of calm and control that truly helped relieve so much of the pressure I was feeling. Cynthia is incredibly organized and detail-oriented. She thought of things I never would have, and her preparation gave me the confidence to actually enjoy my wedding day. She executed all the decor exactly how I envisioned it and added thoughtful touches that made everything look even more beautiful than I imagined. When unexpected things came up (as they always do!), Cynthia handled them with grace and quick thinking, adjusting both the timeline and details seamlessly without ever needing to stress me out. She also managed all communication with the other vendors on the big day, which was a huge load off my shoulders. I didn’t have to worry about a single logistical detail because I knew she had it covered. My family couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful and helpful she was throughout the entire day. Cynthia was absolutely amazing to work with! She was super flexible and always made time for our meetings, even when our schedule changed last minute. What really stood out was how well she understood our vision—she truly brought it to life in a way that felt so “us.” From start to finish, she kept things organized, stress-free, and fun.
