  • Oso Events Is Incredible For Your Wedding!

    The Oso Events team was my planner for my wedding in San Francisco on 10/11/25 and they were fantastic! I started my journey with them about a year out from my wedding, and originally purchased their concierge package. About six months from my wedding, I bumped it up to the partial planning because they were so helpful! Throughout the planning process, they made it super seamless - their online portal allowed me to drop in inspiration photos, ask questions, and track my vendors and budget all in one place - it was so easy. The team was super responsive and always helpful. One of my favorite things with the partial planning package was that they found and hired two vendors on my behalf based on my budget and feedback. They chose my rental company, which they have a strong partnership with and get a discount with (!) and also my hair and makeup artist who ended up being an incredible find. They made the communication with vendors super seamless and asked tons of questions I wouldn't have even thought to ask! The Oso team really kept all the details in line for my large wedding and were so on top of everything. On the day of, the team was there to support and handle any issues that arose. We had two children who attended the wedding who weren't invited, and our venue bar stopped serving one of our signature cocktails. The Oso team jumped in right away, handled the issues kindly but firmly, and kept me updated so I didn't need to worry or handle them myself. They were incredible at setting up all the decor the way I wanted, and I also used their photobooth - which was SUCH a hit with my guests! If I could do it all over again, the only thing I'd change is that I'd buy the full planning package - they make it so easy to find and communicate with vendors that I definitely would have chosen that option if I had found them earlier on! The team is kind and caring, and made me feel so comfortable that my day would go smoothly. I highly recommend them for your wedding!

    I've worked with Oso Events a couple of times and they are one of my favorites to work with and I will always recommend them! Oso Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication style was comprehensive, quick, and easy to follow, which helped keep us informed and on track throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and value they provided was unmatched - they were on top of everything, extremely efficient, and highly effective in executing the couple's vision. The Oso Events team are true masterminds of the behind-the-scenes work, seamlessly coordinating all vendors and handling guest concerns with ease.

    I can very confidently say our wedding would not have happened without Oso. They were incredibly helpful throughout every stage, from initial planning to day-of cat herding. Their knowledge of vendors, setting (and staying within!) the budget, and advice around logistics were incredibly helpful and impressive. Though I hope to never have a wedding again, I would highly recommend Oso to any of my friends.
