I work with my husband as a duo team! We can both be taking care of 2 different tasks, finish decor and table setup in half the time, and we have a system to coordinate with the music team for cues! We love attending weddings together and its not like work for us at all!

Amazing coordinator!
Coordinated By Kilee was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the beginning, Kilee and her team were fast responders, great at handling any situation that came up, and incredibly kind. Kilee and her husband were truly on top of their game - everything went so smoothly, and we felt no stress knowing they were taking care of literally everything. They were fantastic at communicating with us, had everything in perfect order and organization for the entire day, even came the night before to help with the rehearsal and finished the set up the day of. We would recommend Coordinated By Kilee to any couple in a heartbeat - they made our special day a total breeze!

Kilee was amazing to work with - she was so organized and attentive to the details of the day as our wedding coordinator. Her and her assistant helped everything run very smoothly the day of (many guests complimented how seamless the wedding was!) and took immense stress off our shoulders so we could relax and have fun! I cannot give enough praise to Kilee! She was hands down the best decision we made in planning our wedding! Kilee was incredibly organized, thought of every little detail, and had such creative ideas we would have never thought of. She was so involved and hands on in preparing for our wedding all morning. I am so grateful for her and her assistant for their hard work and going above and beyond to make our wedding day so special! 10/10 would recommend!!
