From the moment she steps onto the venue, Carin is working HARD to make the event the best it can be. She always has a warm comforting attitude, she's always on top of timing and contacts, and she consistently goes above and beyond in making sure that an event looks and feels just right. I would hire her as your day-of coordinator for any event.

Carin saved my sanity during my wedding with 150 guests of all ages at Connecticut College in summer 2023. I was a DIY bride with a ton of vendors to wrangle the weekend of at a relatively hands-off venue that was quite spread out, and Carin was on top of all of it. Even my comical amount of DIY'd florals that had to be placed right before the reception! She handled all the deliveries, set-up, break-down, and details so that I could focus on just celebrating the day! My vendors loved her too and everyone commented on her professionalism and 'can do' manner which allowed her to tackle obstacles with ease. Our venue's elevator was broken day-of without warning, and Carin dealt with it without involving us at all! Her partner, Jacob, was also our DJ and he kept the party jumping, while still catering to our extended family from all over. I cannot recommend Carin's services highly enough and am SO FREAKING GLAD that she was there to make my whole wedding weekend feel like a dream. She also always made me and my spouse feel like the most important people and consistently lowered our stress and anxiety about throwing such a big party. She even handled tipping our vendors with cash night-of which went above and beyond! No task was too small or too big for Carin, and while I hope to never get married again, I'd definitely hire her for any future events!

We recently did a wedding with miss Carin and it was a very lovely experience working with her she offered us support in every which way possible as a vendor needed from the event coordinator! The bride couldn’t have been happier along with the groom and other vendors enjoyed their interactions with Carin!
