As the Mother of the Bride, I was so happy to have Katy’s guidance and expertise throughout the wedding planning process. She and her assistant, Carly, went above and beyond throughout the weekend to make sure that we didn’t worry about any details and were able to focus on being truly present and enjoying our daughter’s wedding. They are professional, reliable, very organized and super fun to work with!! I would absolutely recommend them!

Our wedding was 4.27.25. Katy and Cayla are amazing! They did my sister's wedding 4 years ago and then mine this year! Thank you so much. They went above and beyond from helping with little details (like reviewing reception games) all the way to the big things like building décor the day before and day of. Both were proactive about issues and always had solutions. Without them my husband and I would not have been able to be guests at our own wedding. You can tell they have been doing this a long time because they are circumspect. Thank you both so much for supporting our big day. Great job Katy and Cayla!

Coastal Coordinating was an exceptional wedding planning team from start to finish. We were lucky enough to work with Melanie, and she was on top of it from the start! Their communication was consistent and transparent - they always responded promptly to our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of their work was outstanding, as they were incredibly kind, stayed on top of every detail on the day, and kept the entire wedding party and vendors on schedule. We can’t say enough good things about Katy! She was our wedding planner from 2023 through our big day in April 2025, and she was absolutely incredible every step of the way. From the start, Katy was organized, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond. She helped us with everything — planning, scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and the many little details we never would’ve thought of on our own. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. On the day of the wedding, she was an absolute rockstar. Everything ran perfectly, and if there were any hiccups, we didn’t notice — which is exactly what we hoped for. Thanks to Katy, we got to fully enjoy our day, be present with our loved ones, and just soak in every moment without stress. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended — beautifully done, incredibly well coordinated, and full of thoughtful touches. That’s all Katy. She also supported us with the events leading up to the wedding, and we were constantly impressed by her attention to detail, calm presence, and how much she truly cared.
