After over a decade in the event world (corporate and weddings alike!), I launched my planning business to help couples avoid the stress and confusion I personally experienced during my own wedding journey. This is for the couple who needs someone by their side to help plan and execute every aspect of their big day. With meticulous attention to detail and unwavering support, we'll be with you every step of the way, allowing you to enjoy a flawless, unforgettable wedding day, minus the headaches!

Needing a more customized package? This offering is perfect for those who already have some of the details in place but need help in specific areas of the planning as well as event management or day of coordination on the big day. We'll get on a call to discuss where you currently stand, lay out a timeline, and customize a package based on your specific needs.

This package is perfect for those who want to tackle most of the planning, have their vision in place, a venue booked, and most of their vendors secured. We'll step in a few months before your wedding to get an understanding of all the details, provide recommendations, take over vendor communication and finalize any last-minute logistics. We'll handle all of the coordination on the day of your event and be there to ensure flawless execution.

    Our wedding was a dream, thanks to Marykate’s help!!! Marykate has extensive experience with wedding planning and corporate event planning and offered us great advice along the way. Prior to our wedding, Marykate helped us create the perfect wedding day timeline. She reviewed vendor contracts and provided helpful feedback. Later on, she worked behind-the-scenes to introduce herself and provide vendor timelines to each of our vendors. Additionally, she created both our beautiful welcome sign and seating chart, and skillfully directed our rehearsal ceremony the night before the wedding. Our wedding day was SO relaxing and stress free, knowing that Marykate and her assistant had everything taken care of!! They took care of all of the set-up and coordination with vendors and our venue. They kept us on schedule with our timeline, and they very carefully packaged and stored all of our personal decor and gifts at the end of the night. We truly LOVED working with Marykate and her assistant!!! She devoted so much of her time and energy to make sure that we had the best wedding day possible! We highly recommend her and her team to any couple looking for an excellent wedding planner!

    Marykate was by far the BEST investment we made in our wedding planning! So great to work and collaborate with in the months leading up to the wedding. From our first call to the day of the wedding, her positivity, creative ideas, and organizational skills were clear. Throughout the planning process, she put us at ease and helped us to stay on track and organized. She provided invaluable supprt with coordinating with the many vendors and ensuring the day of went seamless. When one vendor was causing some headaches, she took it on so I would be spared from the stress on my wedding day. I highly recommend her and her team to any bride looking for a coordinator.

    Marykate was an AMAZING wedding planner / coordinator. She is extremely organized, super efficient, and a pleasure to work with. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that she couldn’t figure out a way to make it happen. She handled our day of coordination developing the timeline, keeping vendors accountable, and ensuring that the church and venue were perfect. She met with us several times via zoom and in-person to coordinate with the venue and other vendors. She stepped in and helped ease tensions on many occasions including with the venue that was challenging to work with. She was in charge of moving our wedding cake from the venue’s refrigerator, and decorating it with flowers (who knew the bakery, florists, and the hotel wouldn’t work together to get the delivered cake into the reception room and place the flowers on it)! She took it in stride and did a fabulous job! She helped us coordinate table decorations, cleaning up at the end of the night, transporting all of this stuff back up to our hotel room. Every item that you didn’t want to worry about on your wedding day, she handled and then some. Just a wonderful experience. Less than 15 minutes before the ceremony she was making sure we had snacks, fixing broken boutonnieres, and trimming bouquets. Truly a jack of all trades! Everything turned out flawless! The only thing I would suggest is to involve her earlier on in the process to reduce your wedding stress level. We only did for day of coordination and looking back, I wish we would have had her help with more. SHE IS FABULOUS and well worth her fee which was extremely reasonable! Snap her up and have a stress free wedding day!

    I can’t say enough good things about Marykate! She was highly attentive and always followed up to keep everything on track without me having to check in with her first. I had so much fun planning my wedding with her by my side and would definitely recommend working with her if you are looking for a planner who cares about your wedding just as much as you do!
