Clare Barboza is the founder and owner of Clare & Co. Events, a company she launched in 2011 out of a deep love for celebrating life’s special moments. What began with choreographing quinceañeras soon blossomed into a dynamic business offering wedding and event coordination, photo booth rentals, and officiant services. With a heart for storytelling, Clare is passionate about creating events that reflect the unique style and spirit of each client. Her ability to bring a vision to life—whether it’s an elegant wedding, a joyful quinceanera, or an unforgettable celebration—has made her a trusted partner to countless families and couples.

She’s everything you want in a coordinator
Working with Clare & Co Events was an absolute dream for our wedding day! From the start, Clare's communication style was incredibly thorough, thoughtful and intentional - she left no detail unattended. Her proactive approach meant she thought of everything we hadn't, ensuring our wedding day went off without a hitch. The value Clare provided was unmatched - she truly brought a sense of peace and calm to our entire wedding experience. When an unexpected rain shower threatened to derail our outdoor ceremony, Clare quickly pivoted and had a backup plan ready, allowing us to proceed without skipping a beat. She seamlessly coordinated with all our vendors, making sure everyone was on the same page and in the right place. Beyond the day-of coordination, Clare went above and beyond, making sure our personal belongings were safely packed up and our reception space was cleaned up at the end of the night. All of our vendors raved about how wonderful it was to work with her. I truly don't know how we would have pulled off such an incredible wedding day without Clare's expertise and guidance. She is worth every dollar!

Best Experience Ever!
Clare was fabulous! We decided last minute to have her as a day of coordinator and best decision ever! Truly can't imagine our day without her. I never once felt any sort of stress because I knew Clare had everything under control. She took such care in our call prior to the wedding making sure she had all the details noted, and always super fast in her responses if I needed to ask any question or give her any additional info!

My nonprofit has hired Clare & Co a couple of times to help with our fundraising events, and we can’t imagine doing an event without them now! Clarissa is a proactive communicator, always willing to share her ideas and network, and she will go to bat for her client to make sure their voice is heard. She has been able to get us discounted estimates because vendors love working with her so much, and it feels like she knows everyone! There is no problem she can’t solve, no task she won’t help with, and she does it all with no stress or panic - exactly what you need in a planner. I can’t recommend them enough!
