You simply won’t find a planner who Ioves their job more than I do. I left the security of the corporate world many years ago to plan weddings, because I truly believe it’s what I was born to do. I brought the high-performance procedures with me but swapped the corporate lifestyle for one filled with immense purpose and boundless joy. This service is crafted for couples who wish to be involved in the planning process but recognize the value of expert input on design and execution.

Bryce Gaston Events strives to design a day that has your personalities as a couple infused into every detail. From stationery to florals to rentals, we can pull all the details together and design a day that's everything you've dreamed of.

    Bryce is an absolute DELIGHT to work with. Anyone planning a wedding will be so relieved to have her on their team – I can honestly say this was a stress-free wedding planning experience because of her. We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day. No detail was too small, and we had LOTS to consider with our diverse array of guests: from braille menu cards to sign language interpreters, various signage needs, and coordinating at least a dozen excellent vendors, Bryce helped us manage expectations and stay mindful of our budget through clear communication at every step of the way. She even sent us the most beautiful bouquet of flowers when we suffered an unimaginable loss two weeks before the wedding. We will forever be grateful for Bryce making our entire experience excellent and look forward to seeing all the wedding magic she continues to make for future couples.

    Bryce is one of the best planners I've had the pleasure of working with. As a wedding florist I've worked with so many different planners, but Bryce stands out as she is so thorough! She's on top of everything making sure all her events run smoothly and easily (especially for us vendors). And beyond just the details, she's so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. I highly recommend her!
