With our custom event design services, AVENTZ Co. brings your unique vision to light through beautifully executed decorating and stylizing services. From wedding receptions to intimate dinners, we assist in planning the overall theme of your occasion. Our services include managing the branding, colors, invitations, centerpieces, and placement of décor to perfect your wedding or event. Day of coordination is included as well.

Month of Coordination involves five weeks of planning before your wedding day! We work with you and your vendors to ensure your day is flawlessly executed. Month of is our most popular service and many clients have appreciated the amount of work that gets taken of their hands. We work through all the little details that can impact your wedding day. Month of includes day of and rehearsal coordination.

    Abby is a no brainer hire! Incredibly thoughtful, experienced, knowledgeable, intuitive, comprehensive, kind, and affordable! We were on a pretty tight budget so we hired Abby for her partial planning/day-of coordination and I can’t imagine what we would have done without her. I planned everything myself but as soon as she came on board, I felt so much comfort and relief knowing my wedding was in good hands and I could focus on other things. She is the definition of PRO. We had event staff bail the night before and she was able to find an amazing team of folks to fill their shoes! She ran our rehearsal like a well-oiled machine. She saw me dancing with my new husband with an empty drink in my hand and quickly swooped in to grab it; it’s the little things that tell you she’s putting you first on the most important day of your life. My entire wedding party adored her and even invited her out to the after party! If I could give her 50 stars I would. As my bridesmaids would say, QUEEN ABBY FOREVER. ️

    I have known and worked with Abby from Aventz for about 5 years now going back to when she was " the Little Planner". I remember our first event together. It was at a private home and she was there to make sure all of the details were what the client had asked for. I watched her adjust table cloths, move centerpieces around and do everything she could to make this event the best it could be. It was not surprise when she rebranded her company and now is applying the same approach to much larger events. i know this because we we continued to run into each other at a few more events. As a Dj I work with many "day of" and wedding planners. Abby is without a doubt in League all her own but still keeps that quiet grace that started with the "Little Planner.     I had the absolute pleasure of working with Abby on a recent wedding, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a true professional who handled countless challenges behind the scenes with grace and efficiency, ensuring the couple never had to worry. From moving the ceremony three times in just 20 minutes due to torrential rain and high winds, to coordinating moving an entire floor plan around flooding, and vendors seamlessly, Abby made the impossible look effortless. She stepped in with only a few months to go when the couple’s previous planner had left them unprepared and completely took over, creating a day that exceeded everyone’s expectations. I watched her manage the logistics for a live-streamed ceremony in a venue with little cell service, coordinating with multiple carriers to ensure the bride’s vision was realized. As a vendor, it was clear that Abby’s expertise allowed me to focus on capturing moments rather than worrying about timing or coordination. Her dedication, creativity, and calm under pressure are exactly why every couple should have a planner, and not just any planner, but someone as capable and committed as Abby. If you’re considering a planner, do yourself a favor: hire Abby. You will not regret it.

    My husband Alex and I got married in June of this year at Eolia Mansion. After nearly two years meticulously planning our big day I just knew that we needed the right person to help us pull it off, and wow did Abby exceed expectations and boy did we wish we had worked with her earlier on. Abby truly went above and beyond for us from helping with our timelines and floor plan, to executing our decor and managing vendors on a VERY short load in/load out window, to instructing our family/friends. To this day our close friends and family continue to say how amazing Abby was and have had nothing but the highest words about what an incredible job she did so that we could all just be in the moment and enjoy our special day!! Just to top it all off at the very end of the evening my husband accidentally left his keys behind and Abby drove out of the way to drop them off at our after party. Thank you Abby for everything!!
