We have created Destination Weddings and Get Away- for our couples and families aboard the ships and on different venues around the world. Working all  aspects of the planning, such as travel coordination for you and your party, and getting the best perks for Bride and Groom Our Responsibilities Negotiation and review contracts with resorts, Make reservation on Transportation and Process payments, Concerge , Design & Timelines and others

FULL PLANNING + WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT The service is designed for the busy couple who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping the daily life and job

This package is for the couple who has completed all of their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision. First meeting of 2 hour zoom to go over details 1 hour planning to oversee or follow ups. Also covers 1 hour rehearsal ,the ceremony and the event for a total of 8 hours starting early set up to seating for a dinner experience! (Same Location) Planning begins 1-2 months prior to the day

    If you’re on the fence about hiring Martha—do it. I promise, she’s one of the best decisions you’ll make for your wedding. She was both our day-of coordinator and our florist, and I honestly don’t know how we would’ve pulled off such a magical day without her. Our wedding colors were sage green, white, and black, and she brought that vision to life with the most gorgeous white florals (especially the roses!) and lush greenery throughout. The table garlands filled with eucalyptus, baby’s breath, and other mixed greenery were absolutely stunning. My bouquet had a soft cascading shape that was the perfect size and style for me—I received so many compliments on it throughout the day. One of the most enchanting touches was the hanging floral installations she designed for the barn—elegant, dreamy, and straight out of a fairytale. Beyond her talent with florals, Martha truly went above and beyond as our coordinator. When my husband’s grandfather passed away six days before the wedding, we had to make several last-minute changes to the timeline, seating chart, and catering. Martha handled every change with compassion, professionalism, and grace. On the wedding day, I ended up running behind by about an hour, but she gently reminded me that it was okay and kept everything running smoothly without ever making me feel stressed. She managed the guests beautifully, making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time without anyone even noticing the timeline shift. We started working together over a year before the wedding, and she was so warm and open from the very beginning. We met every couple of months via Zoom to talk through ideas, and she was always excited to hear my thoughts and help bring them to life. About three months out, she began prepping her day-of binder, and in the final month, we worked together on the timeline, even meeting in person to go over final details. She even helped my godmother (our officiant) feel fully prepared and confident to lead the ceremony. Guests kept commenting on how organized and seamless everything felt—and that’s all thanks to Martha. Many also couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the decorations were. While I DIY’d a lot of the items, she helped shape the overall vision and made sure every single piece was perfectly placed. At first, I’ll admit I was hesitant. Her day-of services were bundled into our venue contract, and I couldn’t find many reviews online. But now, I need others to know how incredible she is. She was open to all of my ideas, never pushed her own “style,” and always made sure our wedding felt personal and unique to us. She knows the venue inside and out, and that experience was invaluable. Martha will embrace your vision, handle your chaos with calm, and bring so much value to your day with her eye for detail, creativity, and kindness. We’re so grateful we had her on our team.

    From the first time we met with Martha and her team at A Treasured Moment, we knew we were in excellent hands. Their communication style was very professional and they promptly responded to all of our questions throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and overall value was truly magnificent - they executed a seamless, high-end, and incredibly detail-oriented event that exceeded our expectations. Martha and her staff helped coordinate my daughter's quinceanera and blew us away with their seamless process. We felt zero stress working with them, and they truly understood our vision and made us feel secure and comfortable every step of the way.
