You can describe my style as timeless, romantic and love adding in documentary style moments too! I am continually Inspired by the beauty of the my hometown Santa Barbara and the California coast. I specialize in maternity, family photography, engagement, elopement, & intimate weddings in Santa Barbara County -- My second home on Kauai if you are looking to elope on the beautiful beaches (please inquire for date availability, no travel fees)

    Leah Sofia Photo was an amazing wedding photographer who exceeded all of our expectations. From the very beginning, Leah's communication style was attentive, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. Her work is of the highest quality - incredibly professional with an eye for detail that captured every special moment of our wedding day. Leah listened closely to exactly what we wanted and delivered photos that were beyond our wildest dreams. She was so sweet and kind, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The photos came in super quickly, on time, and she knew exactly what she was doing without us having to ask much. It was an added bonus that Leah is also an experienced wedding planner, as her keen eye for detail really shone through in the final product.     I recently hired Leah for a proposal at the SB botanical gardens and she genuinely made a special day perfect! First off, we thought that her photography style is perfect for the colorful surroundings of SB. Unlike most other engagement/proposal shoots, the photos were not washed out, but really highlighted the setting we were in. She was able to not only capture our special moment in a documentary style, but also managed to capture the beauty of the gardens! A place that is very special to my fiancee and I. And during the proposal, Leah was incredible! She not only was able to help capture the moment, but also took the time to walk us through the gardens, helping us get perfect photos across the park. What she quoted as a 45 min session, easily turned into over an hour. Making sure that we got each and every one of the shots we wanted. And she even managed to get us the photos less than 3 hours after! The photos we got are so pretty that my fiancee and I find ourselves looking over the photos we got almost every other day. We are so thrilled that we found Leah and know that you will feel the same way! I really could not recommend her enough Thank you Leah!
