Welcome. I'm D e r e c k. I've been doing photography and videography since 2017. It wasn't until the pandemic of last year that I decided to take a leap of faith and make it a full-time career. I feel like I've always had a burning passion for photography and editing, I love photography because it captures a moment in time. Whether that moment is your wedding day or an annual family portrait, pictures enable us to relive and remember special occasions again + again. Why I specifically dove into Wedding Photography? Simple!! My love for creativity and seeing passionate couples that aren't afraid to show their personalities
What I feel sets me apart from other photographers is my poise and confidence when going into a shoot. I feel like I'm in my natural element. I feel a sense of comfort and creative freedom while behind the camera.

Dereck and his team at DereckDavisPhotography were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding day. From the moment we first spoke, they were friendly, funny, and easy to work with. Amazing photographer!
Dereck was an amazing photographer!! We are so happy to have had him for our wedding— he was super professional and really set us at ease for our couple portraits. He got tons of action shots, and did a great job at getting the attention of multiple small children. His editing was beautiful as well— it was all exactly what we wanted!
Affordable and amazing to work with
From the start he fit in with our wedding parking and was so much fun. He was very affordable and easy to communicate with. Never felt like I couldn’t ask him questions or was a bother. He had a question air to fill out to know how our day was. We did have him running around a little and waiting in between our wedding to take pictures but he was so amazing. I would recommend him to anyone.
