Shocking conduct
I'm very sorry to say that my experience with Alena Kostromia Photography & Video was extremely disappointing. This photographer booked a room at our bed and breakfast but instead of using the private detached bathroom for the room they booked, they chose to urinate in drinking glasses in the guest room and leave it for our housekeeping staff to clean up. This was a highly disrespectful and unbelievable violation of our property and staff. I am appalled by this individual's conduct and cannot recommend their services to other couples planning their wedding. This was a complete breach of trust and common decency that I would never want any other customers to experience.

Alena was amazing! She knew how to herd the family to get the photos done quickly so we could enjoy our cocktail hours. Final album was delivered on time and was very easy to access. Alena is creative with just the right touch. Highly recommend for weddings or any other occasion!

The quality of Alena's work was excellent, especially considering the value we received. We loved the colors and artistic components captured in our photos -she really has an eye for detail. Alena even provided us with stunning engagement pictures beforehand that set the tone for the rest of our wedding imagery. On the day of, Alena and her team were on time and took charge of keeping our large wedding party of 16 people on schedule. We couldn't recommend Alena Kostromina Photography & Video highly enough to any couple looking for top-notch photography services for their special day.
