Hi! I'm Heather, the photographer behind Heather Lee Photographs. I've always had a passion for the art of photography… learning, appreciating, and shooting all that I can. I enjoy capturing the special moments in life, helping people remember the past, and allowing them to keep those memories alive.

I love clean, creative, interesting, yet authentic, beautiful photographs. I prefer location shoots where I can use natural lighting to best capture the mood and feel in the photo. In the post, I try not to over-edit, but rather to produce the best image possible. I am a bit of a perfectionist and tend to obsess a little, but that’s all good for the client. I am available to shoot family portraits, newborns, maternity, engagement, weddings, and other special events. Thank you for taking the time to explore my website. Heather is an amazing photographer! She’s professional, friendly, communicative, punctual, and really has an eye for taking beautiful photos. Heather really made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and she gave us great direction on how to pose. She sent us the pictures in a timely manner and we have hired her for other photo shoots since our wedding. I can’t recommend her enough!

We used Heather for our wedding last summer and we could not have been happier! She was extremely communicative, professional, and just an overall wonderful person to work with. And our photos turned out better than we could have imagined! She got so many beautiful shots. I really love candid shots, which we talked about beforehand, and she got so many good ones both of the ceremony and reception. She also had great suggestions for poses for the more formal photos which was great because we are not great at posing ourselves haha. Heather also pulled us aside when the sun was setting and had a couple cool spots picked out to take a couple more photos which was great. She was prompt with the photos and did a great job editing. We loved having the photos on a website we could easily share with our families and friends. I can’t say enough great things! Definitely book her if you’re looking for a photographer for your wedding, engagement, or any other important event in your life.
