About Palla Beauty
Nicole Lentini
Nicole Lentini is a Long Island-born Makeup Artist + Hair Stylist. She has been in the beauty industry since 2013. Starting at Long Island Beauty School in Hauppauge, then attending Make-Up Designory in Manhattan. After working in salons and freelancing throughout the Tri-state area, she now runs her own business, Palla Beauty.
At Palla Beauty, our expertise lies in creating soft and natural beauty looks. We focus on enhancing our clients' natural beauty. While we appreciate dramatic transformations, our clients trust us to leave them feeling like a better version of themselves. If you prefer a more glamorous style, we may not be the right fit, but we're happy to arrange a trial if you're interested.

Felt amazing on my wedding day
Nicole and her team made us all feel amazing on my wedding day this fall. After my trial, I tweaked a few things about my hair and I truly felt so radiant on the day/whole night. As someone who doesn't usually wear a lot of makeup, I was nervous about feeling myself and Nicole really knocked it out of the park creating a look that didn't feel cakey or costumey but looked incredible. The team she brought was also amazing and everyone had such a great vibe while we were getting ready. I had to add a last minute guest to hair and makeup and Nicole was so easy to work with and flexible regarding the shift which really limited the week-off stress. Could not recommend more!

I had an amazing experience working Nicole! She was incredibly communicative from the start, answering all my questions and even accommodating some last-minute add-ons with no hesitation. She did my hair and makeup for our welcome party, and it turned out exactly how I had envisioned it—absolutely perfect. On the wedding day, she worked her magic on my bridesmaids and family, and everyone looked stunning. Not only was she on time and super professional, but she also brought such a fun, positive energy to the day. Everyone genuinely enjoyed having her around and getting to know her. I can’t recommend her enough—she’s talented, reliable, and an absolute joy to work with!

Nicole was wonderful to work with. She somehow knew exactly what I was looking for on my wedding day, even though I couldn't explain it and sent her a bunch of different photos of hairstyles. I also loved that the make up she chose for me looked natural and allowed me to look like an elevated version of myself. She even sent me a curated list of skincare, hair, and make up products that would work well for me because I mentioned how clueless I am with all that stuff. If you're on the fence, just go for it, because Nicole is extremely talented, professional, and will have you looking beautiful on your big day!

Nicole and her crew from Palla Beauty were an absolute dream to work with for my wedding day. Her communication was reliable and kind, and the quality of her work was perfection. She was so caring and made sure to do exactly what I wanted, changing my lip color 30 times at our trial to find the perfect shade. I usually don't wear much makeup, but Nicole made me feel like a better version of myself and I felt so comfortable. She truly felt like a friend throughout the process, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and personable beauty professional for their wedding day.
