Hi there! I am a HMUA, and the owner of Jill Graul Cosmetics located in the Bel Air, MD area. I love making everyone feel beautiful on their wedding day, by offering Bridal hair and makeup. I’ve been working with brides and vendors since graduating from cosmetology school and have fallen in love with curating the look you desire on your day. Striving to enhance your natural beauty, I also offer beauty services in my salon. Such as, Brows, Lashes and Facials so you can be the most radiant you can be.

Bridal wellness and perfection for your skin. I’m detailed and meticulous for your hair and makeup. I make sure to listen to all of your concerns and wishes. I’m known to be personable, understanding and a great listener for all of my brides.

    Jillian was amazing from my makeup trial to wedding day. I have challenging skin and Jillian handled it expertly! As the mother of the bride I could not be anymore happier with my makeup and grateful for Jillian. Her prices are very comparable if not better than most artists I have researched, you will not be disappointed!

    Jillian did a phenomenal job with my hair for my wedding! I first met her when she styled my hair for a friend’s wedding, and I was so excited to find out she was available for my own wedding. Jillian is outgoing, easy to work with, and an incredibly talented stylist. My mom wasn’t sure what she wanted to do with her hair, but Jillian created a beautiful updo that she absolutely loved. I highly recommend hiring Jillian for your wedding—you’ll be in amazing hands!
