We are a team of onsite hair and makeup artists who come to your home (or wedding venue) and style you and your party for your big day! With a team of 27 artists, we can do it all! From hair styling on all types and textures to makeup on all skin tones, textures and types. We use professional beauty products that are layered to perfection and will last all day and night so you will look your best on your big day (and for the photos that last a lifetime)! We do hair and makeup trials at our studio in Joppa, MD 21085.

Let us help YOU find your perfect bridal look! Will you go with a loose, boho style with natural makeup? Or glam waves with added clip in hair extensions and a bold lip and wing? We love working with our brides and helping them customize their look so it is unique to them.

The team at SWEPT is everything you could want for bridal hair and makeup! Jamie, the owner, is kind, big-hearted, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. Every email I sent received a prompt automated confirmation, followed by a thoughtful reply—it made the whole process feel seamless. The trial was such a fun and enjoyable experience; they made me feel like a true princess. I immediately clicked with my hair and makeup artists, Wendie and Kristin. They really listened to what I wanted and knew how to elevate it to the next level. Throughout the planning process, they stayed in touch, were always responsive, and genuinely kind. On my wedding day, they worked with me and my 10 bridesmaids, making the experience so fun and stress-free. They were attentive to everyone’s needs and elevated all of our looks beautifully. My hair and makeup looked amazing, felt lightweight, and received so many compliments. It was flawless—glamorous without ever feeling heavy or fake. I loved how effortless they made everything while still making me feel truly special. On top of all that, I enjoyed our chats about travel and other little moments—they made the day even more memorable. I can’t recommend SWEPT enough!

Kristin and Sara were absolutely amazing. Seriously the sweetest, and most talented women and they did an incredible job and didn’t leave until everyone was satisfied. Simply a wonderful team to work with. The owner Jamie was an absolute sweetheart and worked with me through several changes we had with our timeline and she was so kind and responsive. Prices are very reasonable and trust me, you get what you pay for! I felt like a literal angel and had so many compliments on my hair, as well as all of my bridesmaids. Don’t hesitate to book Swept, you won’t regret it

Swept is amazing! My friends and family have all used Swept for their wedding's and they never disappoint. I just had my wedding and they made my girls look incredible, listened to feedback, exceeded expectations, and they all are a pleasure to work with! I cannot recommend them enough. Jamie is very responsive and coordinates everything so well! Sallie has been doing my hair & makeup for years and exceeds my expectations every time! Highly recommend!!

I truly cannot thank Swept, LLC enough for the amazing experience they gave me and my wedding party. From the moment I reached out, the owner Jamie went above and beyond. Just a week before my wedding, I unexpectedly came down with Bell’s Palsy. I was terrified about how I’d look and feel on such an important day, but after texting with Jamie, my fears quickly started to fade. She immediately reassured me, offered support, and even researched techniques to help with the facial droop—though in the end, we didn’t need them. Her professionalism, kindness, and compassion were unlike anything I’ve experienced. Jamie thoughtfully matched me with artists who were perfect for my needs. Wendie was on point with the makeup—flawless, natural, and exactly what I envisioned. Meghan nailed my hairstyle and brought my vision to life with so much care. And Kristen absolutely rocked the curls on my bridesmaids—the girls looked stunning! Everyone on the glam team was not only incredibly talented but also warm, understanding, and sensitive to my condition. They made me feel completely at ease. When they finished, I looked in the mirror and cried—I never knew I could feel so beautiful.
