We are a women owned and operated flower studio specializing in weddings and special events in Baltimore, Annapolis and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. In 1977 Winnie Maher (my mom) opened the doors to Maher's Florist for the first time. Growing up in the business I created a great love for the art of floral design and have perfected my craft, along with employing other fabulous floral designers to create a premiere team. Shopping Local and caring for the environment are very important to us, so we source from local farms and use eco-friendly products whenever possible.

Our attention to detail, exceptional designs, customer service and 45 years of experience, is what sets Maher's Florist apart from other floral companies. Our talented team works closely with each client to bring their vision to life. Flowers are our passion, and it shows in our designs.

    I was very pleased with Maher’s for my wedding florals. From the start, JoAnn was easy to talk to and listened to my needs and wants regarding my wedding florals. She put together different packages/quotes for us to review before deciding what we truly wanted and what was in budget for us. After receiving our quote, I put together my own visual of how the flowers would turn out, and was very pleased. Then, when I saw them in person, they were way better than I could have imagined! The colors were so vibrant and the mix was perfectly balanced. The variety of colors and sizing of flowers really made the bouquets pop! Also, I should mention that the boutonnières were magnetic!??!!? Very practical and stress free! All of our wedding guests were raving about the arrangements and are still talking about them post-wedding.
