    Our florals on our big day were BREATHTAKING. Our green and white florals were beautiful and exactly what I had hoped. They received so many compliments. The arrangements were beautiful and held up the entire night. The only reason for taking away a star was that the deadline for ordering was quite early (way before I knew how many tables we would need!) and I wish my consultant had told me to round up or had a more explicit discussion regarding the contract and expectations. However, I would still work with Poppy Flowers again in a heartbeat!

    Poppy Flowers was fantastic! Their entire process was so easy, transparent and stress-free. It was easy to choose what we wanted our florals to look like and our call with our floral consultant really helped crystalize the details for the day. Pricing was transparent, which we really appreciated as it helped us stay within our budget. Most importantly though, our arrangements, bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets on our wedding day were GORGEOUS. Highly recommend choosing Poppy for wedding florals. It was the least stressful part of wedding planning!

    To all of my brides looking for affordable flowers, do NOT fall into the Poppy Flowers trap!! I wanted to share my experience so other ladies do not have to deal with an additional headache on top of other wedding duties we have!! Please look for other small business vendors around the area instead. My fiancé searched on Google for affordable floral companies after seeing me have a meltdown on 10k floral quotes. He suggested to use Poppy Flowers. I had a quick consultation meeting with one of the workers there and she reassured me they were able to bring my dreams into reality. It sounded too good to be true. We signed up on their portal and began chatting to them about what we want. From December to May, we shared maybe 20 chats and a total of 1 Zoom meeting, and most of the time they were tardy with their replies… We were not super confident with the services as this point. Our total order cost was 4400 including 700 for set-up and ceremony reception “flip” - this 700 does not include breakdown!! Fast forward to May, we decide to cancel our event due to extenuating circumstances - and obviously I cancelled my floral order. I emailed the company and it took them a few days to get back to me. They offered and insisted on 50% refund even though we cancelled the order 3 months prior to our wedding date. I want to note that there were no contracts whatsoever that we signed when we placed a down payment for their service, nor was there a link/documentation for their Terms & Conditions. The first time I saw T&C document was when I googled for it myself. It was VERY well hidden. I totally understand their services came at no cost even though we never received physical goods from them nor did they prepare anything else for us, but we truly believe what we received from them did not equate to 2200. In fact, I spoke to more florists around the area and they’ve had customers give the same bad reviews for Poppy, either their floral orders did not come as advertised, flowers were half dead on their wedding day, they did not receive floral details until a week prior to their wedding, and more… After this incident, I encourage all brides to REALLY REALLY look at the fine print to save yourselves this headache of a mess 2200 is a lot of money and I am heartbroken this happened. I know some of my gals were asking about this company on this subreddit so I just wanted to warn you all. TLDR; Poppy Flowers refused a full refund due to service cancellation even though it was 3 months prior to event date and they have not prepared/grow any flowers yet. 2200 was considered a fair cost for their “services” to us thus far.

    Poppy Flowers was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. From the very first conversation, their communication style was effortless, quick, and fun. Sahra, our main point of contact, was incredible to work with and helped in any way she could. The quality of their work was absolute perfection - efficient, affordable, and the final product was breathtakingly beautiful. They offered more than we paid for and gave us everything we asked for, but even better than we could have imagined. I cannot recommend Poppy Flowers highly enough for any couple planning their wedding. They truly helped make our special day even more perfect.
