He specializes in on-location private catering, dinner parties, small event catering, corporate catering, and customizing a menu for any special occasion. He specializes in American Continental, BBQ, Smoked foods, Pizza, French, Japanese, Korean, American Chinese food, Italian, Appetizers, and Deserts.
