    I highly recommend Lindsey's Ice Cream for catering — it added the perfect, personal touch to our wedding! I ordered the platinum package, which included a custom ice cream flavor. We worked with Lindsey to create a Jasmine Rose Lychee ice cream, which is a combination of my and my partner's favorite flavors. Throughout the whole process, Lindsey was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had, which was very much appreciated during all the chaos of wedding planning. The cherry on top was the cute ice cream bar setup. It fit in perfectly with our garden-themed wedding decor and made for great photos. After my wedding, multiple guests commented on how much they loved the ice cream bar, and that the option to have a custom flavor was something they had never seen at another wedding.     I am so grateful for Lindsey’s Ice Cream! Lindsey was communicative about logistics, pricing, and options while being friendly and personable. Her planning and foresight allowed my private event to go on without a hitch, and the attendees loved her unique flavors (what I wouldn’t give for the strawberry jam matcha ice cream as I write this…yum!!!). I highly recommend hiring her for any event (especially events that will be attended by people you like). I will definitely be a long-time patron and am already planning the next event!
