We have provided wedding catering services to the North Central Florida area including North Orlando, Jacksonville & St. Augustine for nearly 30 years, let our experience work for you! Many of you may have known us for our BBQ over the years but our catering department has grown exponentially since 2012 when we dedicated a full-time team to it. Everything from prime rib to vegan weddings. We are so confident that you will love what we have to offer that we provide FREE wedding tastings to anyone who lets us prepare a quote for their wedding!

We are a full menu and full production catering company who are able to make just about anything you request as well as decorate your entire venue, a “one stop shop”. I get a lot of questions about this part because, YES, it is unusual that your caterer has a warehouse of decorations and can decorate your wedding. And also that it is free. Let me repeat that. All of our decorations are free. With the full production option you get access to all of our wonderful toys!     We had David's BBQ cater our wedding, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Bobby was such a pleasure to work with-great communication, super friendly, and made everything so easy. The food and service were incredible. Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was and how beautiful the setup looked. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

    David's BBQ & Catering was an exceptional choice for our wedding catering. From the start, their communication was punctual, thoughtful and excellent - Bobby was extremely thorough in planning the event flow and even contributed creative ideas for the decor. On the day of, they immediately greeted us after the ceremony with our favorite drinks and provided a private meal, ensuring we were well-fed and taken care of. The food itself was absolutely delicious and they were incredibly detail-oriented, even packing us meals labeled for our honeymoon. We felt so pampered and would highly recommend David's BBQ & Catering to any couple looking for an excellent catering experience that will make their special day even more memorable.

    I cannot recommend David’s BBQ and Catering enough! If you’re looking for a great company to cater your next event, you don’t have to look any further. Their customer service, pricing, quality and taste of food items and drinks, bartending service & complimentary decor service are unmatched in the North Central Florida area. Bobby, Alicia and their amazing team impressed us from our initial tasting, various meetings/workshop, day of service & correspondence afterwards. My husband and I had nearly 300 attendees at our wedding and this staff was more than ready to take great care of us. They accommodated all of our changes and we’re flexible throughout the year and a half we worked together. I will continue to sing their praises to everyone I know and look forward to frequenting their restaurants anytime I’m in Gainesville.

    “Best Caterer in the business! We just had our wedding last Friday and I had to write a review for couples looking for an amazing caterer! Bobby is who runs this business and he is a wedding genius! he lives for creating the best atmosphere and food for your special day. We had a personal server that waited on us hand and foot, made sure we had drinks and food all day and night. This guy really has it figured out! They offer many food options, (shrimp and grit shooters were the bomb!) Entrees, sides, salad! everyone of our guest complimented the food and service that he provided. He made the process effortless and answered every question I had leading up to our big day. Bobby and David's BBQ is top tier in every way! He also has an entire warehouse with decor options, plate ware, signs, literally everything! Can't express how great this choice was for our special day!”
