Graze by Lakeland BBQ Company was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding catering. From our first interaction, they were quick to respond and on top of every detail, making the planning process a breeze. On the day of, their work was truly show-stopping - the presentation of the meats, cheeses, and custom bites they created had our guests raving about the "wow factor." They listened closely to all of our requests and delivered a gorgeous, high-quality spread that perfectly complemented the style of our event. We could not have been more pleased with the value and quality of Graze by Lakeland BBQ Company's catering services, and we highly recommend them to any couple planning their special day.

I was on a really tight budget, but I knew I couldn't compromise on having a cocktail hour. Having a grazing table from Graze by Lakeland BBQ was a great option for my cocktail hour portion and guests were amazed of how beautiful and grand the spread was. Melissa was always in constant communication and was super nice and easy to work with. You definitely won't be disappointed!

Y’all…. The grazing table…. THE GRAZING TABLE WAS JAW DROPPING. I absolutely cannot even convey… there are no words to express how fantastic Melissa and her team were from start to finish. They went so above and beyond and the food was perfect. We wanted to do a bbq Tex mex hybrid and they knocked it out of the park. They did grilled shrimp for me that was so flippin good!!! Their bbq is obviously delicious but the things they did for us that you wouldn’t expect from a bbq spot also stole the show. Definitely don’t think they are a one trick pony because they can do it all. They even included Italian in our tasting that we initially were going to use for our rehearsal until rehearsal plans fell through, their Italian food was great too!! Truly the most well rounded accommodating caterers we could have hoped for…. Oh!! They also did a milk and cookies bar our guests adored! Not to mention the bride and groom Togo boxes they had ready for us for our midnight snack. So thoughtful, so professional, SO DELICIOUS!!
