We were inspired by Callahan's unique style and confidence. We knew we wanted to do something bold to match her personality, and executed a tex-mex BBQ buffet, along with a goth-inspired, black and gold grazing tables with candles and sweet & savory bites.

Lakeland BBQ Company was an outstanding choice for our wedding catering. Their communication throughout the planning process was excellent, and they were incredibly responsive to all of our questions and requests. On the day of the wedding, the food they provided was absolutely delicious - we received so many compliments from our guests on how flavorful and high-quality the dishes were. They made sure the food was served hot and fresh, and the presentation was impeccable. Bo and Scott, did an amazing job catering our event with the utmost professionalism. Lakeland BBQ Company was a fantastic choice for our wedding catering. They were very easy to contact throughout the planning process and always responsive to our questions and requests. The quality of their work was excellent - their BBQ entrees were delicious and the unique, tasty side dishes they provided were a huge hit with our wedding guests. Lakeland BBQ was also attentive to our guests during the event, offering great service and ensuring everyone was well taken care of.
