I am writing to express my sincerest apologies for the disappointing experience you had with our DJ services for your wedding. We deeply regret that the flow of your reception did not meet your expectations. We understand how vital the DJ's role is in creating a memorable and seamless wedding experience, and we apologize for falling short of your expectations on this occasion. We did speak with the DJ regarding your comments and concerns and did ask her about the must plays, We understand that you had 4 playlists that you had created. We pulled their music playlists and it appears that the DJ played as many as they could during the dancing portion. I am sorry that we could not get to all of them. We typically don't cut formality songs short unless the couple specifically tells us to because there maybe portions of the songs that the couples want to dance to and we don't want to be the judge on that, so thank you for letting other couples who book us know that is something that you might want to specif.
