The 1882 Reserve is a countryside barn venue located in northwest Ohio. The rustic charm is enhanced with wooden beams, high ceilings, and open spaces. A private Bridal Ready Room located in a grain bin offers a unique and charming setting for the bridal party to get ready. The interior is designed with a touch of rustic chic, featuring comfortable seating, full-length mirrors, and private bathroom, with ample space for dressing and pre-wedding preparations. The grain bin's circular shape creates an intimate atmosphere. Despite its unconventional location, the Bridal Ready Room in the grain bin ensures privacy and tranquility for the bride and her attendants as they prepare for the big day.

Paper Mill on the Landing is a new event center on the 3rd floor of the historic Fisher Brothers Paper Co. building on the Landing in downtown Fort Wayne! Paper Mill provides a renovated urban space with a renowned vintage feel, keeping the centuries of history intact with the addition of modern amenities needed for any event.

The Hopewell Barn is located about 1/2 mile south of the historic Hopewell Church. Built in 1872 and purchased by Deb in 2018, the church is listed on National Historic Register for its ties to Gene Stratton Porter. Gene was a famous author in the early 1900’s and the area of ‘Hopewell’ was used as the locale for the settings for several of her books. The name ‘Rustic Barn at Hopewell’ was selected to pay tribute to historic roots of the Hopewell area.
