Struggling to feel comfortable in my skin, I was on edge during our engagement shoot. However, you would never be able to tell from the beautiful images Matt delivered. It was clear that he could sense my hesitation and anxiety and did his absolute best to make us comfortable and relaxed. We couldn’t believe how stunning the engagement photos turned out. The lighting, vivid colors, and authenticity were just palpable. Matt and Nicole are such a great team and so in tune with each other and their clients. Fast forward to our wedding day, Matt and Nicole scoped out our first look location, even though it was an additional 45 minutes from our getting ready location. Even though the first-look location was out of the way and had the potential of delaying the wedding, they were on board. They were well prepared after having done several walk-throughs to find us the best shots at the location. They were prompt and ready to rock and roll when they arrived at the hotel. However, on our wedding day, my dad ended up in the hospital. I was extremely heartbroken and a mess, but they were supportive and empathetic while ensuring we captured beautiful images that could be shared with my dad proudly. There were several changes to our original game plan and they rolled with the punches. They were so good about keeping my husband and I on track and reminding us of our shot list request. They were determined to capture all of the photos we had requested. It was such a pleasure working with them and we can't wait to work with them again soon when we do our family portraits with Dad. She had the best energy that helped me not feel nervous at all and honestly empowered from the start. She got so many amazing details that we are literally having a viewing party with all of our local guests because we just cannot choose which photos to post. Personally posed photos aren't for me. So when I saw her galleries I knew I wanted her above all other photographers. “We absolutely loved our experience with Flo as our photographer and hiring her was the best decision that we made about our wedding day. We interviewed a few photographers but had an instant connection with Flo who seemed so enthusiastic and genuinely excited for our love story and wedding. She had such positive energy and we knew we wanted that kind of energy surrounding us on our wedding day. She was also willing to customize a package for us to work with our budget and our needs for the wedding day which was so reassuring - and she is worth every penny of what she charges. We had an awesome engagement session with her before the big day, and even when I broke a nail on the way there, she was so great at keeping me from stressing out. We were able to relax and laugh a lot and be ourselves on camera, and the photos were stunning. We also appreciated how Flo kept in touch with us on Instagram leading up to the wedding and afterwards - it must be so much work to keep up with all of her clients but it really felt so nice that she was following us on our wedding journey. She was so supportive, liking our stories and posts and letting us know she was consistently invested in our story. When the wedding day came it was like we were meeting up with an old friend even though we'd only met in person once for the engagement session. Flo also worked with us to figure out the "wedding timeline" that every vendor seemed to want even though we were a little clueless about it to start. She came up with a plan for the most efficient use of our time to make the day go the smoothest and it really worked out perfectly. She kept us on schedule and used the questionnaire we had filled out to make sure she got all of the shots we requested. All of our wedding party and family told us how great she was and how much they liked working with her. She and her second photographer and assistant were ON IT and captured so many moments throughout the day, they didn't miss a thing! We were able to put complete trust in her and just enjoy the wedding. As for the photos themselves, her style is so beautiful and striking and exactly what we were looking for - we love how saturated her colors are and it worked perfectly for our jewel tone fall wedding. She has a passion for sunset lighting as well and the pictures from our engagement and wedding day at sunset came out so beautifully. For both engagement and our wedding, we had a bunch of sneak peek photos within a day or two which was great to tide us over while we waited for the final products. Communication and payment and the photo gallery platform were all super straightforward. We cannot recommend Flo enough for the genuinely positive energy she will bring to your planning process and wedding day and for the gorgeous photos she will capture on your special day.”

She is seriously an amazing person—kind, funny, bubbly, and light-hearted. Several of my bridesmaids pointed out that their wedding photographers did not do this and it was much more chaotic on their wedding days! What was SO special about Miranda is working with her! She was amazing with all the little kiddos in our bridal party and my dog. She really is a natural with people and has an eye for candid shots that make me tear up when going back to look at them. Then, when it came to our couple shots, I was blown away. My husband and I are not young/20-something newlyweds, but the photos Miranda took made me look and feel like a princess. We both feel awkward taking photos, but my goodness, Miranda gives posing direction that feels natural and effortless, executing the most charming and romantic shots that made us look like a million bucks. Her editing style is true-to-color, capturing the real beauty and emotion of our day without over-processing.
