On the day of the wedding, she worked her magic! I knew the day would be overwhelming but she handled all the vendors, moving parts, and last minute changes like a true professional. The Barn was purchased in 2008 and the couple quickly went to work transforming the building which had recently been an art gallery into the premier catering facility that it has become. Located at 737 W Fort McClure Blvd in Bloomsburg, the property provides privacy and seclusion for its guests but is only a few minutes away from hotels and downtown Bloomsburg. The Barn features a huge second story deck that wraps around half the building; it provides a wonderful space for guests during the warmer months.

The Barn at Boones Dam was a wonderful venue for our wedding. Communication with the staff was easy, quick, and knowledgeable which made planning very smooth. The barn itself is a beautiful, clean space that provided the perfect backdrop for our big day. They kept everything running on time and made sure we were well fed. The staff was also very flexible in accommodating some last minute changes we had to make. I would highly recommend The Barn to any couple looking for a scenic, accommodating venue with helpful, responsive staff to make your wedding day everything you hoped it would be.

In 1987, our family dedicated their hearts and hands to restoring the property to it's original glory. The estate features a stone barn dating back to 1817 and meticulously kept colonial gardens bursting with boxwood, magnolias, and garden roses. We are family owned and operated. We can not say enough good things about this venue. The owners are so sweet and attentive. The space is beautiful and very affordable for what you get. Our wedding had 150 guests and we felt like the space was filled perfectly. We had a buffet style dinner and an opened bar which both were perfectly accommodated. The dance floor is perfect. We were able to fit our deserts under the dj booth which is lofted. It was perfect for a snack as people got hungry from dancing. Our Photo Booth also fit nicely on the upper floor. The ceremony space we did outside and our pictures are perfect. Can not say enough good things

We loved having our wedding ceremony at Historic Acres of Hershey. The venue offers quick responses to questions, which made planning easy. The coop provided a beautiful, intimate setting for our small ceremony. The venue was great and set up perfectly for our special day - we didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall, Historic Acres offers great value with its gorgeous grounds that are perfect for wedding photos. We highly recommend this venue for couples looking for a small, elegant wedding ceremony site.

I couldn’t have dreamed of a better wedding venue. Everything was absolutely perfection. Melanie is so talented and seriously not one thing went wrong at my wedding. I wish I could do it all over again and again just because it was so good!! Melanie also did my flowers which were absolutely stunning. All of our guests were raving about our venue. I couldn’t recommend weddings on memory lane enough !!!

My husband and I decided to get married last-minute due to my mom's late cancer diagnosis and terminal prognosis. With only two months, our options for venues were very limited. Harmony Hall Estate quickly became the obvious choice! PROS: Their pricing package is flexible, with lots of options to tailor your experience to your budget. With great options for in-house catering and decorating, you'll save a lot of money and time on both. You can also pay an additional fee to bring in outside caterers. The food at our wedding came from Karen's Catering, their in-house caterer. We enjoyed our dishes at dinner and during cocktail hour. The pretzel cart absolutely hit the spot, though, and was a hit with our guests. Overall, I'd say the food was satisfying. The bar options, like the food packages, are quite flexible. We chose to prepay our bar tab for our guests, which allowed us to be open bar up to a certain price. We were able to add more to that tab via cash during the wedding. The venue itself is beautiful, with plenty of outdoor location choices for your ceremony. The location is convenient, with hotels nearby and shuttles that run you and your guests to and from the venue. The farmhouse to get ready in is gorgeous and historic, making it a wonderful location for pictures. There are plenty of places on the property for taking beautiful portraits with your partner and family. The ballroom is spacious, with flexible floor plans that Jill will work with you to design. You'll receive access to Aisle Planner when you book with Harmony Hall Estate, which is a nice online service to upload all of your wedding information. Included is a service to make your reception floor plan. CONS: I was told the key to the farmhouse would be placed in the lockbox, but couldn't find it morning of. None of the contacts at Harmony Hall answered when I called, and it took us nearly 45 minutes of searching to finally find the key in a mailbox. We lost a lot of valuable time to get ready, which created stress, and on top of that the farmhouse was so hot that my bridesmaids and I were sweating bullets while trying to do our hair and makeup. The temperature inside the building was in the mid and upper seventies, which was brutal with so many people and hot hair tools on. Additionally, while they have plenty of pricing options, I will say that their information package is somewhat confusing and rather lengthy. It could be tweaked to be more streamlined for the sake of clarity. The crab dip that we paid extra for during cocktail hour was disappointing. I don't recommend paying the upcharge for it, sadly. It's also good to keep in mind that you will pay the same price for a vendor's plate as you will one of your guests. This wasn't communicated to me until I asked, so I do recommend that the staff at Harmony Hall make sure their clients are aware of this. Our bartender, though kind, was unfamiliar with many of today's popular drinks and was rather slow, which was disappointing. OVERALL: Harmony Hall Estate is a great venue for a budget-friendly, beautiful wedding! I'd like to add as a disclaimer that our timeline for wedding planning was especially short, so some of the shortcomings when it comes to clarity/explanations of things may very well just be due to our rushed timeline. Since we are based in Kentucky, it made it harder to communicate effectively with Jill and the team at Harmony Hall.

Would recommend Elizabeth Farms 100 times over. Such a beautiful, authentic space. Amy, from EF, was amazing- thoughtful, prompt, thorough, and so kind. Emily, the bar manager, and the staff onsite were also so wonderful. Bridal party loved having the farmhouse on site as a spot to get ready and utilize throughout the day. Look no further than The Booking House. The Booking House was the very first wedding venue we toured and I fell in love instantly. The venue speaks for itself; there is so much character and is such a beautiful venue. The staff are incredible! Brittany is amazing- her communication from the very beginning was prompt and professional, she’s so friendly and I don’t think I ever saw her without a smile on her face. We booked both the day of coordination and in house bartending services and everything was amazing. Emilie was fantastic to work with to help us curate the perfect bar menu for our wedding day and is able to assist with recommendations. Aalea was our day of coordinator and I there are no words for how amazing she is. Whenever someone would ask me about how the wedding was the only thing I could say was “absolutely perfect” and that’s no exaggeration. Aalea and the entire Booking House team were able to fulfill my wedding vision dreams and the entire day went off without a single hiccup ( or at least none that I was ever aware of.) It was truly the most perfect day, with the best team at THE BEST venue.

We recently had our wedding at Bear Mill Estate. It's a truly beautiful venue and it exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds offer so many wonderful places to take photos. The cocktail/reception area have many unique spaces were guests could relax, dance, and socialize without getting stuck at their assigned tables. And we can't say enough good things about the day of coordinator, Troy, who was amazing at the usual wedding chaos (kids, dog, demanding guests, etc) but also kept our wedding together despite one difficult vendor. Our guests were constantly raving about how beautiful and unique the venue was. If you're having a small to medium size wedding, we absolutely recommend Bear Mill, and would gladly book them for our next (non-wedding) event.

We are so grateful to the entire team at Melhorn Manor for making our wedding day happen!! It's hard to even know where to begin - from start to finish, every detail of the day was magical thanks to the team's hard work and expertise. When my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we toured plenty of venues, but we knew right away that Melhorn Manor was different in the best way. We were used to being rushed through other venue tours, dismissed because our wedding wasn't big enough, and generally being made to feel more like dollar signs than excited newlyweds-to-be. But our experience at Melhorn Manor couldn't have been further from this - we met Allory for the tour, and before we took a step through the property, he took the time to introduce himself and the Melhorn family and to share the lovely story of how Melhorn Manor came about. We didn't feel rushed or pressured like we had at other venues, and Allory really took the time to understand our vision for our big day and help us imagine it around the property. We left that day glowing and feeling sure that "this is the one!" And how right we were!! We really can't say enough positive things about our wedding day. Getting ready in the amazing bridal suite and Groom's room was such a fun and special way to kick off the day. As the ceremony approached, it was so clear that the team was all working so hard to make sure all the decor was set up, every detail was thought through, and every moment went off without a hitch. What a special and humbling feeling it is to have so many people invested in making your special day as magical and memorable as you've always hoped it would be - it's impossible to express the depth of our gratitude. Our wedding day was quite a rainy one, but the Melhorn team had a plan for everything. Melhorn Manor had the most robust rain plan of any venue we toured: some venues' plans had felt more like an afterthought, while Melhorn offers an entirely separate building that can be used for the ceremony in inclement weather. It was such a huge relief to feel like we didn't have to worry about adjusting every detail on the fly, and to go into our rainy wedding day knowing that, regardless of the weather, it would be just as beautiful and special as we always imagined. We had and continue to have SO many of our guests, both on the wedding night and afterwards, tell us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. So many glowing comments about the beautiful venue, the fun had on the dance floor, the amazing and kind staff, and all of the countless details that go into making the day memorable. We couldn't agree more that Melhorn Manor was the perfect backdrop for our special day, and we have the incredible team to thank for all the hard work, attention to detail, and love that went into making this the wedding of our dreams. Stokesay Castle is truly a dream venue, not just because of its breathtaking scenery, but because of its incredible staff. When we first toured the venue the manager, Luis, welcomed us like family. He took the time to explain all the packages available and even adjusted his recommendations to match our guest count, and never pushed us toward anything we didn’t need. He also shared helpful budget-friendly tips to make our day even more special and affordable. When we returned a second time for a renovation event, Luis remembered us instantly, greeting us with a big hug and even gave a personal tour, which expressed how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. Later, we had the pleasure of working with the new director, Dara, who went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the wedding-planning process. Whether it was through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings, she made sure we had everything we needed. She was very polite and informative and always had a smile on her face. On our wedding day, she checked in with us multiple times throughout the day to ensure every detail went smooth and perfect. When talking about the food, all I have to say is it was absolutely phenomenal. Stokesay Castle’s menu offered a variety of delicious options, and while we had to narrow down our wedding-day menu, we also got to sample the rest at our rehearsal dinner the night before. Everything we tried was outstanding. The castle building itself is the perfect blend of modern elegance as well as old-time medieval appeal. It has stunning scenery, a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, snd spacious getting-ready rooms for both bride and groom. The gorgeous grand ballroom comfortably accommodated our 112 guests with room to spare, and it was everything we envisioned. Each time I visited Stokesay Castle I fell in love with it all over again, and that’s when I knew it was the place for us.

My husband and I got married at Cameron Estate Inn on 11/2/24, and we had the most magical day. The grounds and venue are beautiful. We were having a relatively large wedding and loved the idea of our family getting to stay at the Inn. We rented the entire Inn and had the whole place to ourselves for the day. Every staff member we encountered throughout the day of went above and beyond. Multiple guests have told me how nice all the staff were and that they had a wonderful time. Cathi was great to work with throughout wedding planning and even did some last minute magic to make sure it was the most beautiful space I could have ever imagined. Wish the sound system could be a little louder as we had a loud bunch for our guests, but that's a neighbor issue, not a Cameron Estate issue. We had such a blast and can't believe it's over!
