From our first meeting with Rachel at King Cole Farm, we knew we were in good hands. Rachel was outstanding throughout the entire process - from our initial visit to the day of the event and even in the days after. She always had a warm smile on her face and took care of anything that came up, no matter how big or small. Rachel put us at ease and made the entire weekend a fabulous experience. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful scenery where the ceremony took place, the lovely cocktail hour space, and the grand barn doors that the wedding party walked through - it was all an amazing experience. There was plenty of room for the caterer, bar, desserts, late night snacks, and of course, dancing! On the day of the event, we had the pleasure of working with the intern as well. She was so kind, giving rides to the ceremony and back to the cocktail hour and house for our elderly guests. She also helped us with the cleanup at the end of the night. The entire King Cole Farm staff is truly top-notch. I am still getting phone calls, text messages and social media posts that it was the best wedding they have ever attended! I would highly recommend King Cole Farm to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run wedding venue. We had such a wonderful experience, and I hope to use them again in the future!

We got married at Chesapeake a couple of weeks ago and truly had the most incredible wedding day! We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, followed by a reception in the ballroom with about 160 guests, and every part of the day was perfect. The venue is so versatile, offering beautiful options rain or shine (which gave us such peace of mind). The Manor House was the perfect backdrop for photos, and the bridal suite was beautiful for all our getting-ready moments. There are so many gorgeous photo spots across the property—and a huge bonus: our guests had an absolute blast golfing on the course before the wedding! The staff was incredibly helpful in bringing our vision to life and made the planning process feel smooth and easy. We’d recommend Chesapeake to anyone—it was everything we hoped for and more! The Barn of Nottingham was the most perfect wedding venue my husband and I could have chosen. Mallory was absolutely amazing and helped out so much throughout the process. Her and her team made the days leading up to and the day of the wedding so much easier. We chose to do the full weekend package and it was the best decision ever! We were able to treat the whole weekend as a little get away for my husband and I, along with our wedding parties. Having the venue the whole weekend made setting up decorations so much easier and less stressful. The venue, from the house, to outside, to inside the barn, was absolutely stunning. The rustic feel was exactly what we wanted on our wedding day. Being able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one location was amazing. Having a space for both my husband and his groomsmen, along with my bridesmaids and I to get ready in the day of was perfect. My husband and I could not have picked a better venue to get married at. We could not be happier with our choice of hosting our wedding at Maryland Golf and Country Club! From the first email inquiry, Rachel was great to work with and extremely helpful - she answered the billion questions we had and was so friendly to work with. Her staff exceeded our expectations the day of - professional, kind, and made the wedding run smoothly. The banquet/ballroom had just gone through renovations before our wedding which made the space even more gorgeous and nothing can beat the view of the golf course and mountains (the balcony off of the ballroom was the perfect escape for a break)! We were lucky to have had great weather which made those outdoor pictures on the course so special. They also hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before - food for both nights was great. Highly recommend Maryland Golf and Country Club for your wedding (or next event)!

The moment I saw Bohemia Overlook, I knew it was the Wedding venue for us. The Venue is affordable and offers a good amount of accommodations that other venues do not and would cost extra even. The little things do matter, it adds up as we all know. The Venue kept in great contact with me and responded to me right away with questions I had through the whole experience and worked with me. Such a beautiful Venue. Was nervous when I found out a new owner took over, but realized quickly I didn’t need to be. The new owners kept up with the same pace of communication and response time and even on our Wedding day they greeted us and made sure everything was going good. We even got a beautiful view of the water on the hill for some wedding photos. My Wife and I enjoy coming here for different events and the wine room when it’s open. This place will forever be a cherished memory and not everyone can say that they can go back to where they got married. So much more to say about this place, but without going on a rant, just know this place is amazing. To even include how beautiful the barn looks upstairs at night, wasn’t expecting that since we usually see it during the day.

It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. The combination of rustic setting, natural beauties, and historical features makes Drumore Mill amazingly beautiful. One has to see it to believe it.
