Drumore Estate is the Lancaster wedding venue that you’ve been dreaming of. Our attentive and experienced staff will ensure that you and your loved ones experience an unforgettable, fairy tale wedding. This Lancaster county wedding venue is secluded and pristine, yet it is only a short drive from Lancaster city. Drumore Estate has various gorgeous outdoor and indoor ceremony sites, and the reception event spaces include the vintage Orangery, climate-controlled Carriage House, and the open-air Grand Tent. The Ballroom (Previously the Orangery)

Intimate yet fun.

The Ballroom, formerly The Orangery provides a unique space perfect for smaller parties and events or as a dance hall. This is a standalone space for weddings with smaller guest lists or can be accessed in a package in combination with the grand tent for up to 400 guests. Situated between two patios, The Ballroom is an indoor/outdoor space that invites guests to enjoy the view of the surrounding 70 acres of picturesque gardens, the pool, manicured lawns, serene woods and stunning sunsets.

The Carriage House

Comfortable and cozy yet chic.

Our newly-constructed Carriage House is situated across the north lawn and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for any gathering. It offers a fireplace, sound and video equipment, and special event lighting. It is climate-controlled and perfect for a gathering in any season of the year. The Carriage House seats up to 150 guests for dinner and reception or 200 or standing reception or dancing only. Features a built-in mahogany 3 tap bar.

Drumore Estates gardens and quaint seating areas afford the opportunity for people to gather, drinks to be served, and photos to be taken.

Our gardens, designed by a Longwood Gardens master gardener, are the ideal site for your wedding ceremony. Our Formal Garden—situated on one of the highest points in Lancaster County—displays a beautiful water feature and a stunning view overlooking the rolling river valley. Drumore Estate’s unique lighting features set the gardens aglow for nighttime events and allow for leisurely evening strolls through the gorgeous grounds.

The Grand Tent

Elegance personified. Welcome to your dream location to host your wedding dinner and reception in.

The Drumore Estate Grand Tent is situated on a large flagstone patio and is complete with charming twinkle lights and up-lighting, ceiling fans, and clear, drop-down sides that offer protection from any inclement weather. The Grand Tent accommodates up to 220 guests and provides direct access for catering and beverage service, restrooms, the Bridal Suite and Grooms Lounge, the Orangery, and unlimited stunning photo opportunities.

    Where to begin… just can’t express any of what we felt fully in words but we will try. Drumore estate was exactly what we had hoped for and MORE in a venue and gave us our perfect day with “no notes”! What drew us to Drumore and they delivered: 1. Multi seasonal - due to temperature and cost, we quickly decided that we wanted an off season winter wedding. Something that was very important to us was having a good indoor ceremony space. They were incredibly flexible up to the day of the ceremony (game time decision) to do the ceremony inside or outside depending upon weather. 2. Exclusive use/flexibility pre-post wedding - although we had other venues that we loved, a big thing that set Drumore apart from other venues was its feeling of making the day exclusively our day (one wedding a day) giving us the flexibility to use the entire estate literally all day from 8am - 10pm, in addition to allowing us to drop off things the day before and pick up the day after. This really allowed us and our families to be fully present in the day and not feel rushed/more stressed. Trust us, this was HUGE and truly made all the difference! 3. All inclusive - it was very important to us to pick a venue that had a lot included. Drumore came with onsite catering, bar service, all linens, tables, etc. bridal and groom suit, ceremony space, cocktail space, reception space and so on. We also utilized their third party rental service which was extremely affordable and great for last minute additions with zero hassle. Also, huge bonus, the food was phenomenal, we did a buffet and our guests truly loved it! 4. MARNIE! (Wedding Planner) - Planning a wedding without your own personal wedding planner can be intimidating, but Marnie did far more than your average venue facilitator. She is so enthusiastic, yet detailed, which allows her to thrive in this type of role. When we met with her we were able to break down every step and detail of our day and left feeling very confident in our decisions and plan. She even helped create a step by step timeline. Not only did she help us prepare, but was present on the day of, always stepping in at the right moments without taking attention away from our special moments. We can’t express truly how Marnie’s hard work made our day special. She was also great with responding to all the one off email questions throughout the months leading up. 5. We understand this is a lot of detail, but we really wanted to highlight all the things that set Drumore apart and helped make our day so perfect. We have endless compliments on how amazing the venue was from all our guests. Although weddings are expensive, between keeping our guest list to a manageable hundred people and having it off season, we felt like Drumore provided a day that from an outside perspective you would assume the wedding cost us well over 50k with how stunning and just perfect everything was and looked. We had 100 guests in the ballroom for the ceremony and the carriage house for the reception and felt that fit our event perfectly. All in all it’s hard to imagine our day and the planning leading up could have gone any better “NO NOTES”! We would highly recommend exploring Drumore as an option for your big day!

    If you want an stress-free, stunning wedding experience, this is the place to choose. The Drumore team eased our nerves and provided excellent service and support the entire way, from planning to execution. Marnie was a rockstar on our wedding day and made sure everything ran as smoothly as can be. We received nothing but positive feedback (even hearing that this was the best wedding people had been to in years/ever) ;) Shoutout to this beautiful spot with beautiful people. The appetizers for cocktail hour were also INCREDIBLE - so yummy, my personal favorite part!! lol THANK YOU GUYS!

    Drumore was one of the first venues we visited. After visiting several others, our hearts and minds kept going back to Drumore. It just felt right. We got married in July on a hot, summer Sunday, Drumore Estate was not only a stunning backdrop for our forever, but also, Marnie and the rest of the Drumore staff really are the dream team! They got us from start to finish with tons of support and stellar service every step of the way! It was incredible to see a list of notes come to life on our beautiful wedding day. Everything was picture perfect, on time, and just the way we imagined. No one even noticed the little issues, because Marnie and her team would ensure everything remained smooth. The staff was always incredibly excited, even when dealing with the stickier details. Thank you so much for everything you did—not just for us, but for our family and friends. Thank you for your patience and your kindness. If we had to do it again, we'd choose Drumore Estate every time. You all are the absolute best!!! Side note for couples looking for budget info: We felt that Drumore had a really great pricing structure/package as compared to other venues. There wasn't really any guesswork into how much the offerings would cost. The venue is based on dates and guests and then everything else is more or less a la carte, which offers a tremendous amount of flexibility for any budget

    Drumore Estate was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. The property is breathtaking from every angle, but the gardens in particular were truly something special. Lush, vibrant, and impeccably maintained, they provided the most romantic backdrop for our ceremony and photos. Across the whole property, every corner felt like it belonged in a fairytale! It was the perfect setting for the timeless, elegant atmosphere we envisioned. The staff at Drumore Estate was equally impressive. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and kind—clearly experienced in making wedding days run seamlessly. From the early stages of planning to the very last dance, they were always one step ahead, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Our guests kept raving about how beautiful and smooth everything was, and that’s a direct reflection of the Drumore team’s dedication and care!! A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Marnie, our incredible coordinator. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and her calm, confident presence on the wedding day made all the difference. Marnie went above and beyond for us in every way and was truly a joy to work with. We can’t imagine our wedding day without her.
